Why hello there!

I'm May, and I'm the rather sweet and opinionated one around here. I have a history of being a little on the aggressive side, but I've now matured into an approachable little bear who wishes you'd get to know me. I've evolved into the ultimate being of peace and friendship. You'd have to be a silly little fool not to get to know me. And if you're unfamiliar with how awesome I am, make the time to read though my little about me thing. You never know, you might end up actually having a good time! Don't count on it though...

I guess I'm a little on the shy side in reality. I have to get comfortable and know I'm safe in order to go any further in a conversation with a stranger. Believe it or not, I used to be a very socialable character. You'd have to lock me up and throw away the key to keep me from going out and socializing with my precious chums. It's a different story today. For whatever reason, I've grown awfully resentful of the life I used to live. Being relatively popular and everything had its perks, and I sit here in nostalgia thinking about it. Being diagnosed and treating a rather profound condition I've had for such a long time has emotionally drained me. But I'm getting better! Honest. I'm actually beginning to feel the confidence that began to disappear long ago coming back-- seeping through the cracks. Feels great indeed.

Anyways, musically, I'm very open minded. There is no one genre that I particularly adore more so than another. If I like a certain song, I'll do my due diligence and try to find other songs like it. My musical curiosity is always on full alert for good tunes. I've fallen in love with two types of music as of late that I feel are the most relatable to my personality. I enjoy them immensely, and they consume the greater part of my musical intrigue. Synthpop, which I was introduced to a while back, sparked a great level of excitement and awe in me. Second Wave to be precise, as it's everything I've ever wanted to be captured in music. Love, laughter and happiness can all be found in the electro-pop yuminess. I love Owl City more than anything. Adam, the mastermind behind the successful project, has taken my breathe away more times than I care to remember. He is one of the most talented musicians in the business. I love him to bits.

In fact, I love three of his most notable projects. Owl City, Sky Sailing and Port Blue all unite a feeling of absolute wonderment. Port Blue, fairly recently, has left me feeling physically exhilarated. The album 'the Airship' is so beautifully constructed and produced that you almost weep. It's such ambient brilliance, which many artists fail to capitalize on, that can mimic and capture an atmospheric quality that no other genre can. it creates sounds and melodies that remarkably seem to convey the same emotions of actually seeing these things in reality. A quality that enables you to use your imagination and visualize the ocean, birds or whatever the theme of the track may be. Pure genius.

But, of course, Owl City is the most beautiful of all. I'm so excited about the new record, of which Adam says he is half-way through. He's looking to collaborate with Taylor Swift, and has many different types of tracks he wants to include. Looking for a greater deal of variety. I can't wait! I was also tremendously impressed with the release of a pre-Owl City album under the moniker Sky Sailing, An Airplane Carried Me To Bed. Another album teeming with illustrious brilliance and innocence. Hooray for Adam!

I love Adam Young. And... Yeah, anways, I love Scooter too. I go back a long with this band and I adore talking about them with other devoted fans. Whilst Adam has a special place in my heart, Scooter will forever be amongst the artists I'll never be able to let go off. I will stick by them to the end. Being here only reaffirms my love for them, and I like to indulge in every moment of it.

Boring? Yup. Pretty much. Ah wellzzzz.
