Does the music in TUAO have Mike's influence in it?

I mean is Mike's joining to the band has as much influence on the music ,as was with Axel's joining to the band?

When Axel joined the band,we could all hear that it's a different Scooter, from the first seconds of NTTC.

Do you feel that Mike has the same influence in TUAO? That once again it's a different Scooter from the first seconds in TUAO?

As one of a band of 3 (or 4 depending on how you view it) he must have had some influence.

while I believe that the heart and soul of Scooter is Rick, if Michael didn't have any influence there would be no point in having a third member

Well, you managed to phrase it in a better way.

What I mean is what elements you think is Mike's idea/influence?

They had already house electro elements before, they had pipes before, they had guitars before,so what is Mike's "news" to the music?

Theyve never had as much house influence or as much guitars

I think alot of the new sampling and Indian type sounds come from micheal, also alot of hip hop driven things in the album, sound like from Micheal. I can DEFINATELY hear micheal in this, but i can also hear Ricky :D

I only feel that with Michael they´ve made the best Album ever. And I have NEVER had a favourite Album before...

I think it´s the best, coz of every single song individually and the material on the whole. The quality is even better, and they´ve dared to express their grip by putting some nice and different elements!!!

THEY ARE THE ALIVE LEGEND.
You can´t please anyone...

The rap in BTC

H.P.: I think Michael has idea to combine hip-hop & techno.
Michael: Yes, DJs usually hate such things, but I thought "why not?". And I understand that nobody will combine hip-hop & techno beat. After that we thought about artist who can sing rap-part for us. 50 Cent? Let's be more realistic :) Finally we invited Fatman Scoop, he has very energetic voice!

Heh, yeah, I was going to mention about that today -- seems our know-it-all fans have been barking at wrong tree, so to speak (in case that was an existing phrase). Too bad the song didn't do that well among the fans, I do like it however. :D This just shows how Scooter works -- someone had an idea, the others were open to it and decided to try it, no matter if DJs usually hate such things or whatever, "why not?". Haha!

100% agreed!
In the Shahin & Simon Project you can hear his influences and also on Scooter's Album "Age of Love" in the Track "Tonight" and the Scratches from "Age of Love" Title-Track!
