Ok, well, thanks for clearing that up once and for all. Then why the f*ck did you get band? That's completely ridiculous. And why are all these anti-downloaders treating you as if you did post a link?

According to Sebastians Post at the start of this topic Pash-A gave a link to another user?

Are you saying that you did not give a like to anyone - all you did was post the filename that I deleted?

Well, no way should you have been band. Simple as. You were obviously just proving to us that a promo copy existed. Can the admin not tell the difference between a link and an ordinary piece of text, or something? :?:

Well if sebastian hasn't got the view pm's add-on and Pash-A did give out a link, the receiver must have reported him to sebastian.

Sebastian: There's no reason to discuss: He posted the link (at least to one user)! I have an evidence...

Sebastian:
Let me point out one thing: I don't have access to your PMs! That's just not possible (technical) as well as I don't want to read your PMs - as they are always private.

and how can sebastian have evidence that he posted link to user without access to PMs?
there's just 1 way > the user recieved link from pasha sended to admin. but is this really a proof? everyone can create a fake message with a download link.

Only Sebastian knows what evidence he has - but I seriously doubt he would have posted what he did if it wasn't true

making pasha trouble doesn't change anything
filesharing goes on even without a pasha link, even at fanpages of long year scooterfans you can find the link.
and if this links will be deleted people search for it with filesharing tools! by the way its not the first time that scooter stuff get shared illegal before release and i think scooter still get more than enough in their pocket even with ilegal filesharing. they did already earn too much in past with people and what they are doing now is only collecting more millions.

illegal filesharing sucks when you do it with little artists need money to survive but with Multi-millionaires like scooter i don't have any mercy. specially cause they steal by themselves from other people. they even earn with all kontor artists cause they are owners. isn't this enough money?

http://www.golem.de/0301/23549.html
