I just made my own version without the raps but another cool break.

How'd you make this 'cool break'?
I still think that the rap part (with Fatman or lincoln) is bad, but not the most improtant problem to the track: The really cheesy dancefloor-sound (without any hard touch) and the strange structure of the refrain seems a bigger problem to me. They don't put any drive in the refrain-part any more..normally it goes like this: introducing the main melody, bassdrum starts and then they drive it to another level. and now in BTC: Piano meldoy, bassdrum starts and then...it's over....This is really strange to me, that the verse parts have much more drive than the refrain part..
and yes: now it's obvious that Scooter only want to milk the cow to get more money when they cut in voice samples from fatman scoop. Maybe they should rename the track in "Milk the cow!"
