Talk about the rules!

Here you can talk about the new forum rules. If you want to add something or when you think something should be edited, feel free to say it here or write me a PM.

very good rules actually. Nice to see that megaquotes are forbidden for so on. And I hope those rules prevents argues with certain members.

Interesting to see how this goes from now on...

This is a forum and not a chat! So displace everything that does not belong to the theme of the thread into your private messages or messenger programs. Authors of such Off Topics will be warned or banned, if necessary.

Does that mean topics like "Last person to post here wins" is to be removed? Seen as thats basically a spam/chat area...

I did disaggree on the last rule, that we cannot tell someone if they are doing something wrong, we must PM a Mod or Admin... But i sort of see the reason now.

Well, this case is a exception, of course. Sometimes an "Off Topic" can be volitional and funny as well.

Some rules are not so easy.

A little bit off topic and fun is great for me, if it is not insulting. :(

For example if I see a nice signature by a member it is normal for me to ask him about this.
A little bit spam and fun make is necassary, if it is to quiet a forum it can die.
We have had many spam and posthunting on the Scooter-Posse-Forum but there also was much fun, now this have stopped but the forum is nearly dead. :(

He he while I was writing Sebastian have posted this, sounds good for me.
