I think Britt has a point - I have thought about at least one concert not worrying about the front row to get a different experience
Its certainly different with Rick and Jay high - and also in the front row you get photographers in front sometimes - in Berlin although most were only there for the first 3 tracks there was one who was in front of me for a lot of the show (I kind of pretended to hit him on the head a few times but the security guys did not look amused :? ). Also the whole stage is quite high so I think everyone will see well. In Berlin there was a balcony - this was probably a very good place - especially in the middle.
I think where-ever you are in the hall you will enjoy the show. In Hannover I was right at the right side of the front row - which was very different to the centre where I was in Berlin.
In the front row you often have a big "fight" to keep your position - so this can sometimes distract from the show, and in Berlin the spotlights were shining directly at me so sometimes the view was not so good. If you are directly in front of the speakers then you do not hear the concert so well. (or anything else for a while afterwards  )
I can't really advise you - personally I like the front row, but I think I would like to experience a concert from all angles. I think from futher back there would be a wider more overall view - and possibly better sound
I think where ever you are it will look and sound good.
I guess its a personal choice
