Things to do in Chicago

here are the things i plan to see over the weekend since people who have never been to chicago are interested. I haven't been either, but I did a little research and here's what I plan to see!

Franklin Lloyd Wright Historic District 708-848-1976 in Oak Park http://www.wrightplus.org/:

Sears Tower http://www.searstower.org/ http://www.thesearstower.com/

Art Institute of Chicago http://www.artic.edu/aic/visitor_info/transportation.html FREE to get in, but a $10 donation expected,

and the world’s largest public library housing over 2 million books:

The 756,640 square foot Harold Washington Library Center (named after their late mayor), opened in 1991. The nine-floor library has five-story-tall arched windows. It also has a Lower Level which contains a 385-seat paneled auditorium, an exhibit hall, a video theater, and more.

Also Buckingham Fountain http://www.ci.chi.il.us/Landmarks/B/Buckingham.html

Hit a “what Chicago is famous for” type place
The Chicago Blues Scene…..hit Buddy Guys Legends http://www.buddyguys.com/home.html

Another must while you are in Chicago, eat a SUPERDAWG! A Chicago ORIGINAL: http://www.superdawg.com/

John Hancock Building LUNCH on 95th floor, walk-in only, no reservations

go do some shopping…go to NAVY PIER http://www.navypier.com/

Take cruise (departs from NAVY PIER):
http://allchicagotours.com/Body.asp?tour=CHI-W0006&page=TourDetails

shopping on the MAGNIFICANT MILE http://www.chicagotraveler.com/chicago_magnificent_mile_shopping_map.htm

I CANT AFFORD TO DO THIS: The best chef in the USA is in Chicago – www.charlietrotters.com

RUSH ST after dinner, perhaps Jilly’s http://www.jillyschicago.com/index2.html

For dancing it might be Snuggeries. There are 4 locations so I need to check what one is closest to RUSH St. Closes at 5am. "silk panty" shots were recommended by a friend.
IT'S NICE TO BE IMPORTANT, BUT IT'S MORE IMPORTANT TO BE NICE~~~~~~~~~~

Well the Concert is now over. What a super performance! The travel from Canada was well worth it.
So, tomorrow a little more site seeing and then off to home again!
