Forget the covers...the music is great. Scooter is always great! It's one of the highlights of the year is when Scooter releases something new and they have never let me down. I'm always happy listening Scooter.

I'm not just talking 'bout melody. I'm talking about whole concept. You have heard those same synths like 100 times before Hello. And electric guitar chorus is very old thing in EDM. Rest of the song is just basskick and bassline. So that's creative work?

Those synths sounds very fresh and cool for me, and the basskick and bassline is not "only" thing - it's very important thing (every producer knows that). It's very good in my opinion. The concept is the same for 12 years, it depends on your taste that you like it or not. So the track is creativ for me - don't try to change my mind - it's my opinion :wink:

Let it be so then. I just don't understand what so new and creative you found from the synths that made first appearance in the year 1989... And I mean with that just bassline and kick thing that thre's not the sidemelody under H.P shouts. I think that there really should be some melod. For an example sidemelody in Weekend is very cool (under pon the mic I'm the techer).
But I think you understand my point and if you think that it's new, then I can't change it.

In the producer eye, "Hello! (Good To Be Back)" is very creativ work - brilliant beat, great synths (very different than synths in "One (Always Hardcore)"). I must say that I don't agree with sentence that "Hello! (Good To Be Back)" is similar to "One (Always Hardcore)" - these tracks are in different styles. And the same concept? Well, the concept is the same for 12 years, so it's personal thing if someone like it or not...
Sry. But I must laugh. Creative? Well synth were covered, choruys was covered. Scooter really didn't do own melody. And only real change with one is that there's electric guitar in chorus. Well maybe concepts has been the same, but Scooter has still done very different kind of tracks. This is just One Part II.

What a ridiculus discussion!
The Scooter sound is totally UNIQUE. What other techo acts has a rapper for å vocalist? None.
Of course todays music is inspired by other earlier music. What music out there is not?
Even the remakes they do is unique. The use many different sounds and melodies in one piece and make them into their own creations. Very cool!
It is not without reason they still top the charts. :twisted:
