I love this song and I hated Glitters (no matter if its a cover scooter makes everyone song so much better than the original)

I'm really not happy with covering. I prefer more tracks that are self made with nothing stealed or borrowed material in it. As a fan it's pretty sad to see where Scooter has gone in 3rd chapter...

I'm also not satisfied with covering but thinking better I see that covers/ripp-ofs were also essential part of 1st and 2nd chapter and not many people complained.Covers like Rebel Yell, I'm raving are great songs, they were done in 1st chapter, but they don't really include many Scooter ideas.It's the same with Hello(Good to be back) these days, as it was with Call me manana, which is another cover.So things haven't changed a lot actually except that Scooter got more hard.

So maybe it's not fair to accuse only Jay because of covering, perhaps we don't know that some tracks on ATBGO, OHH, AOL, that we love a lot, are not Scooter own tracks.I was surprised when I read on this forum some time ago that almost every track on BTTHJ contains some ripped melody.I didn't know that -> then it's the sitaution quite similar to MTG.

So I think Jay is not only one responsible for covering, I mainly think it's HP's and Rick's decision.

But "not Scooter own track" is a bad word, because even track is cover, it contains Scooter guys ideas (in 50%), and it's they work.

If they would copy tracks, nobody would never admire their job.

Don't leave, D-C.Glitter is probably not the only artist doing so bad things but it's just that he was revelaed.I suppose that there are many other famous artists that are/were doing nasty things and they are not publicly known.

Your right, there probally many artists that have done things that we dont know about,
but this guy was convicted of downloading over 2000 indecent images of chrildren as young as 2 years old,
As DC is a mother of a yong kid, what he did is vile and very wrong and by buying the single, if GG is getting some royalties, she feels that she would be putting money into the pockets of a conviceted pedo.

I dont know what it is like eslewhere but in the UK, the attitude towards pedos is generally that they are conciderd worse than somebody who has comitted murder, thats deffinatly the case in jails anyway.
When glitter was put in prisson he was in sollatary confinement, they where going to move him to a minimum security prision but there where so many threats from other inmates that they decided that it wasnt a good idea.

I highly doubt that glitter had somebody who wrote the songs for him, even if he did, he will still be getting royalties.

He can get only royalties if he have written the song.
