With a Rebell yell.. :)

Maybe this aint the right place, just wanted to share some news :)

On 16th of June,me and my friends went to Riga to a concert to see Moby.
I aint a fan of Moby, but i still like his new album(thins like lift me up,bla bla) + i never have been in Riga(LAtvia).

Anyway, before the last song he played Rebell Yell by Billy Idol :)

Very, very good. Scooter did it very good too,but there was something else, like more electronic style,so some people might like it even more and others less( i still prefer Scooter version). Damn,it felt so good to jump and just shout all the words outta me ;)

Doubt there's "Rebell Yell" on Moby's albums, but if anyone find it...you can always compare. Personally i think,if it would be possible to somehow mix the 2 songs togethere,it would be a smashing hit!

But they don't play this track on tour anymore or it's very very rare. Last time I heard this track on Tour was 1997.

Rebel Yell and Back in the U.K. are very rare today! Maybe H.P. don't like it to perform this tracks anymore. Another strange thing is they always play the 2 ballads Eyes without a Face or Break it up but never Leave in Silence.

Rotty is right.

@Morbach (Tourstart 2004) they played Rebell Yell. It was great. The song is one of the evergreens of Scooter and I thought, HP sings it very well. But then they deleted it from the programm because it´s too hard to sing for HP.
MASSIV MENTAL SHOUTS TO THE WHOLE SCOOTER-POSSE FROM THE MAGIC VOICE OF NOISE!!!

because there's too much shouting involved and it's hard for any person to sing something like this :(

Yes but H.P. is too lazy for such hard vocal tracks. :-)
But they also don't played Back in the U.K. for a long time?

They always play the same songs at this short concerts. They really should play more different songs, also some old album tracks or new album tracks. Not only the same Single tracks everytime.

most of the concerts of any bands include about 12 songs.
They have to choose what songs to play. If he(or any other artist) could physically play more,i'm sure they would, but just try shouting for 1 hour non-stop and jumping... Kinda gets a lil hard and your voice is getting nowhere :)

All HP does is shout! Not that I mind. He sings well so I think it is laziness on his part.
