The new albums are exactly the same. You're fed up with the same formula and want a new one, but you like the same formula and hate any variations? :?

there are no variations on last releases! singles are always the same

intro (h.p. shoutings) -> song breakes and tune begins -> break (h.p. shouts) -> tune -> end

Give me an example of a first single from ANY of the albums that has something different to this.

Hyper Hyper- Only difference. It's crap anyway.
Back In The UK- nope.
I'm Raving- Replace the singing with raving and there you go.
Fire- Nope.
No Fate- Nope.
How Much Is The Fish?- Nope.
FasterHarderScooter- Nope.
I'm Your Pusher- Nope.
Posse- Nope.
Ramp!- Nope
Weekend- Nope
Jigga Jigga- Nope
Shake That- Nope.

See? It's the same old Scooter formula. You like it? You don't like it? What exactly DO you want?

I have some really interesting news from kitty (works at zyx media, she always tells the gigi d#agostinofans on gigifans.com when a new single will be released): a band named "The guess who" (Scooter?) is planning to release a single based on the Gigi d'Agostino-Song "Amorelettronico", the song will contain the chorus of Amorelettronico (wonderful female trance voice, sounds a bit like jigga jigga). Beyond that the song will contain a melody taken from Paul van Dyks Song "Nothing but you".
Kitty has heard the Club Mix, in a Scooter song the Paul van Dyk-Melody could be part of the Shouting Part and the female d#Agostino-Voice could be the refrain

I just can hope it isn't true. Ok Paul van Dyk style is cool and it would be nice if they also do something own in this style. But ripping melodies and chorus from other songs is just the same old uncreative ripping crap again.

It's ok that they take up enough time for new album. But if the output is again just another compilation of different rip-offs they didn't use this time to find back to own creativity. I mean this can't be true, they spend all the time in studio and at the end just rip-offs again. This rumour doesn't make me feel euphoric. I think Jay said something that Rick spend the whole night at a Paul van Dyk DJ event. So it could be possible that they do that. :?

The Nothing but you- female-voice is great- it would fit in with a trancy bass and HP lyrics similar to those used in "The Chaser"

I must admit if this rumour is true, and Scooter's new single is just a clever rehash of Paul Van Dyk and Gigi D'Agostino then i will be pretty disappointed. Yeah, if it's a mind-bender of a track then fair enough ... (that will almost certainly help me forget that it is a "stolen" track - and i'm sure i'll love it anyway because it'll be such a good track)... but i can't help feeling that the Scooter tactic of glueing two "stolen" tracks together and remixing it a bit is becoming a bit over used.

Why don't H.P, Rick & Jay just sit down and produce a 100% original single? They can do it. I don't even mind if the song contains one small borrowed voice sample or kick or something. But at least write an original melody for once. I'm sure the new album will contain a fair few original melodies... so why not include them in a single? Put the "ripped off" tracks on the album where all the haterz can't find them and put the 100% pure Scooter stuff out there into the public domain... Then everyone will remember just how talented they are and stop ranting about how they just rob people.

I personally can just about live with Scooter's covering and sampling... the overall sound they produce is just too good for me to turn my back on or even try and dislike. But still, i'd rather they didn't do it to the extent they do. It's detracting from their popularity amoungst other dance genres and from the talent we all know they have.

probably it'll be like that: HP shouts, soft bass and "Nothing but you"-melody and then HP could say (with normal, loud, clear voice like in No Fate): "I want nothing-nothing-but you"- and then the Amorelettronico-Chorus could follow sung by Nikk "...you are my choice and we'll fly away...you are my soul..."

it would definitely be better than the melody of "Explode" because "Nothing but you" and "Amorelettronico" are more complex

possible singles: Explode (Scooter vs. Baker)- "N. b. y./A." (Scooter feat. Paul van Dyk? or maybe even Gigi d'Agostino?? Gigi has never released Amorel. as a single though it's one of his best tracks)- Scooter vs. DJ Aligator (HP could intoduce another name- Dave the Chica- Aligator)

PLEASE SCOOTER, IF ONE OF YOU READS THIS TOPIC, PLEASE TELL US IF WE ARE RIGHT AND HOW THE NEW SINGLE WILL BE. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE NOT ENOUGH TIME TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS BUT YOU COULD GIVE AN ANSWER TO THE MOST INTERESTING QUESTIONS AND STOP THOSE SPECULATIONS! IT IS EVEN GOOD FOR YOU IF THERE ISN'T A BAD MOOD BEFORE A SINGLE RELEASE.

Mhh that's the question i ask myself all the time. Maybe they are to lazy or they aren't able to produce own tracks with new team? But I think the first reason is the answer.

Nothing is official confirmed yet, but i don't have much hope that they finally start up with a own single. But what the hell they are doing at studio all the time? Just searching for possible cover tracks and re-building of this? I mean isn't there anybody which aspire to compose own melodies, ideas and tracks sometimes? I thought this is the sense of a band.

Yes but it would be better if they doing such a track with own ideas and not just build together from other artists songs and reproduce it to a (Scooter) single.

The thing that frustrates me is that they CAN do it. Just look at Sunrise. One the best dance tracks EVER created. Certainly one of the most popular tracks ever released. An absolute classic. A tracks that's seems to span the genres and is popular with big DJs from so many genres. Now why can't they use the talent that is so obvious in that track and apply it to a new single. Look at The Chaser. Yeah, i know it uses a voice sample from the 5th Element and the track is very much based on that sample but still, it's a track that shows intellegence... and it's not just a blatent "borrowing" of someone elses work....

I don't know what the reason for it is. I'm not sure it's laziness. If i had too guess i would say that Scooter put themselves under too much pressure to release albums and singles quickly to keep themselves in the public eye. Thus they have kinda forced themselves into bad habits. They found a way of making songs that is quicker that still produces top notch results... the only problem being that every song appears to contain 2 or 3 "bits" from other tracks from other artists. Maybe i'm wrong. But it's what i prefer to believe.

My advice to the guys would be SLOW DOWN... take your time. You may feel under pressure to keep releasing but don't rush things. Many others fans may not like the sound of this but if i were Jens i'd send Scooter off into studio for two years per album... or at least 18 months. Then Scooter would defin8ly be able to produce good material that was original ... material probably even better in quality than we are hearing now.

I know! The Sunrise chorus is from Song To The Siren, but the instrumental song idea and sound was a Rick/Axel idea. And they still remix this track in 2005. I think that's a confirmation of quality of this track. But they produced this track at Axel time and I think he did instrumental basis part of this track and also all Ratty Remixes at this time. And I still believe they even worked harder in studio at this time. Otherwise they couldn't do so much other releases beside Scooter production. And now they need all the studio time just to finish a Scooter album and at the end only rip-offs... I really think they don't work so intensive in studio today like they did in past.

But they are still creative at B-sides, but singles are always based on other tracks. I think that's just their commercial tactic to build in old hit melodies or parts from successful past songs. But they make themselve more worse like they are. They could do it but they trust in old hit sample tactic, cause this promises the best commercial success and is much easier like creating own song ideas. And you don't need so much time cause you've got a original draft.

Hummmm I don't say that this news of Paul Van Dyk and Gigi are not real but...

It's hard to believe.

Anyway, if it's true certainly will be a great single.
