I feel like I have to die. I am very ill and it is almost impossible to to spent the days awake as I have strong pains. I visited the Doc yesterday but since visiting the Doc my healthness is even more bad. Never felt so enfeebled. I even prefer to go to my big hated work instead of this pains I have.
I feel very bad as I am not able to leave the bad (I do not have the power toget up) and since days I did eat almost nothing. I just have the feeling to sleep for weeks. I hope it will not went more bad otherwise I have to go to the hospital and this is a big problem for me.

The good thing is that I do not smoke anymore since I am ill. So it should be a good way to quit smoking for the rest of my life.

Gute Besserung :!:
you will meet me at a scooter concert ;) be sure

thank you :) I try to sort things out... Rationalize and those defense mechanisms, that I have studied to some extent. It's very hard :/ it's like being struck by lightning and it's just like "OMG - WTF just hit me?"

however, I am sure it will stop when I get a job or start education :)

As I've said (I hope...), you should see there's more to life than work and education. Or well, at least if you want to have. :) You can do now a billion things you can't when you're working or studying! I wish I was free from studying at the moment...

I have that problem also, now and then.

Yeah, that really sucks. :( I hope you'll get better soon. Those mice sure are annoying. But at least you might be able to laugh at some of it it in a few years, the part about the mice is a bit tragicomic. :) (Although I bet you can't see the comic part at the moment...)

Thanks for your words :)
Actually they were rats, they ate way too much of textile to be mice... There is a whole colony, and they decided to choose MY stuff and my Audigier shirts, of course....

As for being despressed, for once in my life I do know WHY I'm despressed which is a huge step, I think, in personnal life improvement. I have health problems such as painful arm, leg and neck due to very old past falls. Seems like traumas and they do never disappear. They're a daily life waster.

As i see here there are a lot of people who have depression or anxiety problems, iīm so sad of that, i think itīs one of the worst things anyone can have...

The style of life we have, the fucking money society we are living on, the family troubles, etc...As well said Acid, there are more than work and education, but itīs so hard to find it, or if you have one thing you havenīt the other, thereīs no balance, I think i was happier when i was 17 and i hadnīt got a euro than now...

A very personal wish (but unrealizable) that i think when iīm depressed is take the car and a couple of money and escape of these as far as i can, start a new life from zero...but...

I was also thinking that it seems to be a problem a lot of us have - but maybe we are just a representation of society, and many people don't admit it (I know in the past the common response to trying to discuss things like this was something like "pull yourself together" or "there are people worse off than you in the world" - but that is no help at all).

Its a horrible thing to have, and in someways especially hard if there is no real "reason" for it - but still it exists and takes over your life.

I think to recognise what you are suffering from is a big step and to try to understand the bad feelings you have is important - and to never give up on life - because while you live there is an exciting unknown future ahead - if you commit suicide the future is gone - its totally final - nothing more . Each person is worth more than that - never give up, and live for the future, your family and most important yourself. How ever bad life seems there is always a hope and chance that it will be better tomorrow.

But I do think the society we live in puts so many pressures on us, and can often make us feel we want to escape.

Hope you feel better soon Maddy - although I can't understand exactly waht you are feeling I do know what a curse it can be - but I have learnt with age that life is worth living and fighting for. (I aslo understand the pain thing a bit - I was hurt in a car accident when I was 17 and have had back and neck pain since then)

Never give up - life is too precious and short
