she should report the man to the police so they can catch him.
all you can do is just give her a person to talk to.....so she can get away from the stress a little ........
Well I'm trying to help her to decide to go to talk to police. The problem is that the guy has an illegal weapon and says that he will kill her if she tells anyone. I don't know too much about this yet, but I'm trying to help her to understand what's the best to do in this case. I dunno... Seems like she is trying to talk to her mum and then getting forward to police with her. Support is important.

bad thing this week is im so dependant on the pc i forgotton how to interact in RL i went to town today and felt so nervous and out of place i just came home im terrified of going to college i feel like im stupid and will not mix socially

@DC - You will be fine, everybody gets worried when they start something new like college.
My advice would be just to interact with people the way that you talk to people on this forum and talk to us over MSN.
You seam like a very likeable person and im sure that people will get on with you and you will get on with other people just fine.
It might be quite hard at first but it wont take long befor you get used to it. I remember when i started uni. I was shitting myself but i settled in quickly and everything was OK.
I made myself talk to people and interact with people and that has now given me alot of confidennce.

try to go to a club like bingoclub/creative club/sport club there most woman talk together all the time and about everything.new comers that are shy are most of the time welcomed verry good so they feel at home .......sometimes if you feel you cant do that either you can consult your house docter............. dont get this wrong im not saying you need help badly ......but they can help you to a club of shy people and there shy people help each other through talking about problems.........that really helps people .............to just talk about problems to a friend or a fellow person that is experiencing the same thing .......it helpt people i know verry verry much.................good luck with overcoming your problem ,you need to fight that problem now,when its just there ,dont let it get bigger and harder to fight......
