Nice job.
When being in school-I remember writing in this forum helped me a lot-as there are many people here for whom English is a native language-so I remember myself trying to keep on same level of English with them-because I really liked it here.

Me too. The forum helps me a lot. :)
And I'm lucky I have such a great English teacher - but next year I'll go to secondary school and she won't teach me new things anymore.

Xer, you've chosen an weird nickname. How should it be interpreted?
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

Yeah. Like, X is pronounced "ex", so I read it Exxer.

I think I pronounced it like khsir in Scooter's Berlin's Zitadelle queue. Good times... 8)

I think Scooterjerka wanted to know what the name meant, not how to say it. But that was my take on it.

A good thing last week was I received a high mark on my german grammar exam!

Xer speaks Russian, as far as I know. His nickname may appear to be a transliterated rude russian word. So I think he intend did choose such a nickname. But who knows? That's why I asked.

PS ...about the mark - Good work!

Lol, I am dyslexic, so sometimes letters will get flipped around. But I do know how to spell his name.

Haha, a whole discussion about my nickname.

Well Scooterjeka-no,my nickname doesn't have any relation to the Russian rude word-only the Russians seem to catch up on that.

Well,no-in the beginning of the internet when I was 15-I used to take this computer class-so our teacher told us to choose a nickname for the internet-so we won't use our real name online-well naturally I chose "Scooter"-apparently that name was taken in few forums already-so I couldn't use it-I asked my teacher what to do-she told me to add "xxx"-so it would be extra original "xxxscooter"-so I would have a chane to use it without forums telling my nickname is already in use.

Then I got tired of writing "xxxscooter" at every login,so I made it "xer" just to be shorter and faster to type when logging to forums, plus Count Acid here remembers me from Berlin Citadel when Ed introduced me to him as Xer from the forum, and anyway my name is Sergei-like the jumper in Live in Hamburg-so I just thought it would be cooler to be Xer than Ser,I don't know why.

And every American action movie/series-when a Russian bad guy is shown from the mafia-his name is always Sergei-I laugh at it every time.

And by the way-Me and Scooterjeka share the same birthday date apparently-only few years apart.

But Jeka-is a short for Evgeny in Russian (Eugene in English)-in case anyone wondered about Scooterjeka's nickname-am I right?

Thanks, It occurs if I am stressed as I am reading or writing, so a couple of deep breathes and "spell check" are my best friends. :D Oddly enough it was helpful in learning German. It forced me to really learn the correct spelling and pronunciation, so I could correct myself when it occurs.
