I will also have to train, because after every Scooter concert I'm totaly destroyed.After 2 years without doing any fitness, i started today again, running 4 km, i need to do some exercise, altough my kness are hurted (tendom cronic inflamation), stay healthy is important and i want to be fiitter for the next Hamburg concert than the last one, i bassically lose my breath, and now i want to jump and shout more than never.
.... Last time in Braunschweig 2009 I had a bit more strength because I trained a bit on my bycicle for a month and was driving each day around 10 km, it didn't help much though, but still a bit. Normally I sit most of the day, but that;'s really not healthy.
