Best Cheap Hosting? help me..

well i'm searching for a host,with 1gb+ webspace and a lot of traffic aswell file manager, ftp manager... etc all the needed stuff, and a posability upload any file i want, and share it... Is there such cheap? could You recomend me some hosting? thanks

I'm in the same situation... i need around 400-500mb of unlimited (in terms of time) webspace to upload stuff onto. Yousendit does the job but the fact that the links die after a week does my head in. :x
