Sandra believe me I was a fan... but I'm not a fanatic. Who knows- maybe I'm not a fan now... Scooter gulls us. Not only me, developer, Mateusz (He has the own website about Scooter!!!!) and Space Cowboy. Also you, Hennes and Cassandra are cheated by Scooter... I feel bad with this consciousness. :cry:

I just can say call calm down. This topic is getting more and more to a personal matter. That's not the reason. We all have have different opinions about this subject. But it isn't a lie to tell the truth, and telling the truth should not be forbidden. I'm a big Scooter fan, but I can't say that every thing is fine what they do cause I'm a fan. I can't close my eyes and say that's ok cause my favorite band Scooter do this.

And this undercover stealing isn't fine in my opinion. But for this reason you can't allege us to being not fans. Ok, some phrases are probably a bit to aggressive for someone. But don't take it personal and attack yourselves. We are talking about Scooter!

Space Cowboy is right, that is the main point: A fan don´t have to like everything that his favourite band does. Just becuase we do not like newer tracks of Scooter we are no fans anymore? Comon, get it finally: We don´t want to push Scooter down, we want them to wake up and produce their own stuff.
And these are the two parties in the forum: The fans and the fanatics. I don´t think that in this discussion is a Scooter-hater. Here are the fans. And the fanatics who don´t like what the fans tell.
By the way, this action with the label of Active Sight doesn´t seem to be so bad but the past shows us that this is useless. Nothing will happen. look at "Weekend!" and the PUSH-track where the synthie-melodie was ripped from: Push was very angry and wanted to stop Scooter but nothing happens. Scooter always come through with it. Sad...

I'm trying to find any sense of this text from Jigga Jigga: "I'm not a faker". What can I say to HP? ... "You have a great sense of humour"

Yeah and think about "The Chaser" where H.P. shouts: "...do not rob, do not thieve..." Is he kidding us?

Please stop fighting!! That's rubbish. We're all fans, that's fact! But we can disuess different themes and that't the reason why we are in this forum. Not to make personals fights!

But to come back to the topic before the big fight began.

I really want an official statement from Scooter! An excuse! Anything! I just want to hear something from Scooter about it. I'm really disappointed (from the H.P. Rick and Jay NOT THE MUSIC) (yesterday i packed all my scooter things away... but after 10 minutes I felt very empty and put everything back to where it was)
With an official statement i would feel much better. They can defend themselves. Saying if our suspictions are right, tell us in how far they ripped the song. Or simply: We know what you mean, we try to do it better next time.
And I don't want TA released on venyl!! That would be a nice step from them!


But I'm also wondering why the guys (sorry I always forget the name) who made the original aren't complaining? So maybe they agreed with Scooter?

I just want them to stop it! Using parts from other song is okay, that's what i call inspiration but not taking whole songs!

And maybe Scooter are thankfull for critics, so they know what they can do better!

At the time I don't listen to mind the Gap anymore, it a great album but such sentences like "do not rob, do not thief" hurt me! At the time I react very sensitive on such "statements" from Scooter.

and one last thing: Yesterday I watched the interview again at CR where they talked about the producion of the album: the moderator talks about ideas and Scooter never said something about ideas. They just say "tracks"! They didn't mention the word idea anytime. Maybe they already knew what they were doin?
