I think they could stop Rip-Offs if they really want! But they wouldn't! People buy there stuff somehow or other. So why stress to produce complete own single if there exist enough promising drafts from others!

I think big success after all years hurts Scooter's ambition and own creativity. In other words they don't feel bound in honor to produce own stuff cause they are a Mega Dance Band today...

It's just easier to rip from others like exert oneself for a complete own Single...

After 10 years they have got too much success and too much money... That's a bad combination!
