New Label: Brighton & Hove Audio Council

At the back end of 2011 Brighton & Hove Audio Council (BHAC) a new UK based independent record label launched with the sole purpose of providing quality electronic music to those who seek it.

After just a few months it has signed artists such as TN1 who's release The Southover EP was the first release for BHAC. TN1 also has releases on Filter Recordings and CX Digital.

Convert2 who is an anonymous artist out of Copenhagen with a focus on synthesizer based dance music with respect for the classic traditions of Detroit Techno, Electro and Chicago House. Convert2's release The Bimodal EP (BHAC002) on Brighton & Hove Audio Council is one of the best Techno/Electro releases of 2012.

Brighton & Hove Audio Council's most recent signing is Sterim who is an electronic music producer originally from Latvia and now based in London. Back in 2006 Sterim began producing Ambient and its influence can be heard throughout the Dubstep and Drum & Bass he produces now. His first release and the latest release for BHAC is Omnilab & Solnaksis (BHAC003).
