It was played exclusively on the UTROTT tour. They used the chorus from U2's Where The Streets Have No Name, but had no permission to release it with the dvd, so they had to cut it out.
But it was, as said, played exclusively for those present at the tour.

YouTube videos are the only recording you can find.

Maybe they will include a full version of this track on the Under The Radar And Under The Top 20 Years Of Hardcore expanded edition. They are going to include rare tracks, right? This is a rare track.

I love Hardstyle, Hands Up, Freeform, Trance and other Electronic music genres.
I started listening to Scooter in 2011. I sure am glad I decided to try some of their tracks; they are now one of my favorite bands.

They will not add this song because they didn't add the other reworked tracks on the releases which you can already buy in the (online) shops.

Scooter usually samples tracks and release them. Why would there be copyright problems this time? Does Scooter ask for permission before using samples from tracks?

They do for cover versions, and especially when they cover such a main part of a well known song like the U2 song. Most sampling isn't credited, but this chorus is more than sampling, and it seems U2/ their record company didnt give green light for the release otherwise we would atleast have had it on the DVD of the show.
