this may have been due to me, i recently asked them via facebook to add them i had a reply saying they passed it on to the tv people, and now we have them

but yeah good to see scooter's new stuff on tv in the uk,
if they are listening to me, i will continue to help add scooter's new stuff to clubland tv

now ive been away a while, when i came back i was shocked to see CB land in its low position, it is now scooters morst ever single to chart
but the weird thing is that this single has had more promo than all the singles since ti sento

now i dont know if it is because scooter are losing interest from people or because the single is a complete flop
its so strange, this is the most popular track from the album and it has flopped, now is this because it is to much the same as the last few singles (SOR, TS) or it is just the actual feature of vicky leandros, who knows,

but it seems scooter do, they were unhappy with the work before its release, hense why they are now working on the new album as they said a while back

i hope now scooter go back to the way they used to work and do their own thing rather than trend following, i now hope for a return to the trance style for scooter as to me this was their best work, but it needs to be different and not the same

and i have to say, is it time for Michael simon to go, i like him in the band, but do scooter need some fresh talent now?

Scooter had some fresh talent for this album: Chris Avantgarde. And well, it seems also not to have helped...so it's really tricky to say how Scooter should turn the tide and how they should revive themselves from the succes-crisis :S But Michael should stay, kicking him out wont help at all and might let Scooter loose the last group of fans they have left. Michael has to stay! ;)

JAOTW had a happy vibe, fast and catchy songs, it was something easy to like.

the reason for flopping of cb is simple: theres a difference between a chorus sung by a 15year old and between a chorzs sung by a 70years old ;)

Why should the age of the singer matter, as long as she has a good voice?

I would say good or bad chorus, as well as good or bad voice, has more to say than the age of the singer.

Personally I think they could have done a better choice of both chorus and singer, but I don't care about the age.

I don't care about the singers' ages either, but it's a fact that the commercial charts are all about youth worshipping -- unless the song itself is exceptionally good (which this isn't).

You're probably right. A handful of female singers in the 20's, like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga etc. are the popular ones nowadays. Older one's seem to be pushed more into the background.
Like Madonna, she seems more behind now.

I see that some in here have an age obsessed thinking:(. I hate those narrow minded thoughts  It is fortunate that not everyone thinks only in appearance and age. Otherwise it would probably stopped Scooter long time ago. But unfortunately, it is typical in today's society! Anyone who has a divine voice. But not having the perfect appearance. That person always loses. :(

Don't get me wrong; I think Vicky has a great voice (and good looks :)) but I don't like the song because in my opinion it's mediocre and Scooter could have done a lot better with more effort. I'm not age biased or obsessed, I'm just saying how it is with the mainstream charts. You'd have to be blind not to notice. It's plenty to do with capitalism's false image, but also perhaps it's some sort of human drive: most people don't want to age past certain point. Even Scooter are guilty of this image -- their approach, looks, and music are all quite youthful. Clubbing three times a week is hardly the norm for people in their 40s. ;)
