You are so unlucky. there is a bigger chance they will go to the USA then to the Czech rep. but you have to travel thousands killometers to catch them...

You'd be lucky to see Scooter perform in the USA ever again to be brutally honest... I'm waiting for them to come to Australia again ;(

Scooter hate America.

Thats a rather strange statement to make without justification. I don't think they hate anywhere, but they do need promotors to book them!

Scooter has been to the US 3 times. They performed in Chicago in 2005 and 2006. They also had a couple of shows on the east coast when they visited in 2008. I went to both of the Chicago concerts. The 2005 concert had decent promotion and had a pretty sizable crowd. The others were horribly promoted and did not get as good of a turn out. Scooter put on phenomenal concerts at both of the Chicago venues, but I wish there was better promotion for the one in 2006. From what I heard, the concerts in 2008 were very small and the promoters had screwed up big time on those venues. As much as I'd hate to say it, Scooter will probably not be back to the US anytime soon due to the last fall outs. Blame the promoters though. It is not Scooter's fault.

It would be cool to see Scooter become successful as never before in the UK, and shut Scott Miller up :D

Ya, the 2008 concerts were really screwed up (I went to the CT show). But there's no reason to say that's is impossible, it's just up to the fans to give that push to the band to come back and for us to promote in conjunction with the professional promoters. I've always wanted them to come back for another round but several things would need to happen before that could be considered.

  1. All the US fans (even out of country fans if they were willing to make the trip) would have to vote on where we would want the band to come to (Ie. Chicago) Something that is doable for everyone without blowing their budget to get there.
  2. Let the band know via here/e-mail without spamming them. We'd like them back but don't want to sound desperate.
  3. Once the venue was chosen, use the internet to promote the thing and get as many people interested as possible as well as street teams and other promotional methods.

Minding the fact that the date should be done on the bands time and not like last time where is seem that is was thrown in middle last time and didn't work out so well. But this is mostly my idea not sure if we could get the support to make the push though.

Millions of Americans heard Scooter for the first time in the opening minutes of "Bruno". (That would be Nessaja.)

There is no reason not to schedule a U.S./Americas tour. Come to South America, Central America, North America. Make new fans!

Actually this is inaccurate. The problem was not with the promoters (they hired a very professional promotion team who have done work all over the world with world-famous artists like Bon Jovi) it was with Scooter's management being impossible to work with, giving misguiding statements, not returning important phone calls, not attending meetings, et cetera. It was truly an embarrassment for Scooter, and to blame the promoters is sad because they worked their asses off. Do you know how hard it is to get Scooter air time in America?

If people want Scooter to come back to the USA I think the best thing to do would be to organize an effort to purchase merchandise from the store, so if you get hundreds of people buying Scooter might look at it again and say "there's money there." But honestly without Scooter's management doing their job I don't think it would be possible. These are complaints which are occuring in Europe but management makes it more impossible when they're on another continent.

I recall hearing this sort of thing when promoters tried to get scooter to come to the UK again after London, apparently they contacted them, but no reply from the management of scooter, if this carries on scooter will lose in the end, same with the lack of promo and release policy they have, i think they need to have a shake up with the management, not jens, he seem to know what is what, but something is wrong here.

Sadly there isn't really a lot of merchandise to purchase from the store anymore. It's a shame as I bet they could make a lot of money via there. I for one would purchase several girlie tees, but they're rarer than water in the desert at the moment :( Come on Scooter, you have female fans too

I believe, even if I would LOVE to see a Scooter concert, that they won't even come near where I live. That is in Canada, province of Quebec.

US-wise, I believe that it would feasible for the fans out there. I mean, if Gangnam Style is able to obtain such success, why not Scooter? They need to put the effort and, sometimes, it's easier said than done I agree. But definitely not impossible. If "Fire" became a hit in North America (I believe it was because I remember seeing the clip on TV and it was there that I've known about Scooter in the first place), other songs can become one. They just have to try!

If a song gets high on the charts, with a little more push, they can have a swarm of new fan going up to a concert, enjoy the music and become a succesful show!
