Im listening all the samples...

For me TBMU is good album. The guys make nice work. There are only two songs that I do not like: mashuaia and 8:15 to nowhere [yeah this songs drives to nowhere], but the rest sounds nice, some very good and some of this tracks are perfect. I know is just a samples, but I see potential. The whole story of publishing samples one by one from the first of October till new album release date is a bad idea. Funs are curious, its just a matter of time to they found and listening the samples. Scooter always give us a samples 2 weeks before premiere of new album. Like now, this time by accident. I'm sure that I buy this album. I'm curious how sounds megamix.

I'm defo excited about how this new album is gonna do. I have not heard any samples, but judging from what people say - an album with a lot of dubstep? For me this represents no problem. I'm certainly a fan of dubstep, and I think the album is MIGHT POTENTIALLY do okay even in Denmark, even though dubstep - even in Copenhagen - is still considered pretty "hipster"

I can guarantee you, that this album will NOT reach #1. But why? Because Sido and Bushido release a collaboration album on the same day called >23< and this will be at number 1 the day both Scooter and the other two enter the charts with the new album. If Scooter would beat them, now that would be a surprise, but the chances are low. For the chart position TBMU might have: Everythings possible between 50 and 2 :P

Same old, same old…

with every album we get people talking the same old rubbish about how this is the worst album ever from the 30 second previews, come on! How sad are you?

With the comment about censorship; if someone called me a sh*t referee on Facebook there's a 100% chance I'd delete the comment. If someone calls Scooter sh*t on FB they have every right to remove it. Its not Stalinist!

Every year we get the same thing on this forum, as soon as the name of the album was released someone creates the chart position page here. So tedious! And the way people talk about the albums, saying which ones are amazing and which one's aren't: what jobs do you have in music? How many millions have you sold? Musical taste is simply that, TASTE! Some people like it, some people don't.

Cold Shadow- Who are you? Why the hell do you think people will respect your opinion? To me, you are no one. People know who I am, I may not be respected as such but I allow myself to be critiqued. Only a few here, Sandra, Jay, Ed, Imre and a few more have actually got their heads screwed on here. People like you make this place unbearable for me and made me leave so few posts here now.

We all have different favourite albums, but I can't place a new album in place compared to others until some months have passed, and th initial excitement and newness have worn off, then see how often I still play the tracks, but I could certainly never judge an album on 30 second samples

@ aganim & Unknown: Some fans in here are exactly like sport journalist. One day there are honor a Hockey player, Soccer Player, Basketboll player or whatever. They treat them like gods in the newspaper. And one bad game then they are just trash. But the fans here are exact the opposite.

I remember about a year ago when we fans discuss about the new album & music style. And when styles like Electro-House & Dub-step came up. Almost everybody was negative about those styles. And alot of hardcore fans in here was also negative about the thought that Scooter may take this path.

And now all of you have turn the other cheek.. Why?!?!? We have the samples out there. And we now almost every style of the album. And Yes, there are some typical Scooter feeling in it. BUT still, this is NOT Scooter!!!!!!! AND DON'T GIVE ME THE "TEST A NEW STYLE" BULLC"#P!!!!! My god, Scooter have exists in almost 18 years. They must know what style work and don't work.

The only thing why they do what they do is just to earn fast money. And want to be Hip. To be a part of the trendy music style. There is no passion, love, hard work or dedication. JUST one weekend, fast produced pile of sh#t!!!!!

Thats why Iam so disappointed! But Iam still consider myself a fan. And the last thing to die is hope. So I still hope that they will go out with a bang. And have produced a quality album.

AND Unknown.... Oh god! That was harsh. Sorry buddy! I forget that this forum are for mindless drones. A place there NOBODY are allow to criticize. And ask the question, WHY.

About Electro-House - yes, but against Dubstep... no :) I wanted to hear something from Scooter with Dubstep elements. And I'm looking forward to heat what Scooter done on TMBU.

Cold_Shadow you still haven't listened to the whole album, so put aside your bashes until you've heard it once...

Quoted

And now all of you have turn the other cheek.. Why?!?!?

I still don't like Electro/House and if Scooter go that way and there is zero to nothing Scooter feeling in those tracks, then they can su.ck ma ballz. I never had anything against dubstep. But for now: I still haven't listen to the samples, there is nothing more I can say about this whole thing, except this: EVEN If I did listen to the teasers and hated everything in them, I still would give the album a chance and put a side my criticism until I've heard it at least once in a whole...

I guess it is always strange to start with when Scooter try a new style of electronic music, but it certainly does help keep them fresh and I for one can't wait to hear the new album in full. :P

We had similar reactions when Scooter started the jumpstyle era, but ok, I have to admit that jumpstyle was nearer to Scooter's "usual" sound than this new album. Bit if the criticism is anything to consider, than it looks like we might have a similar sort of succes this time with TBMU like we had with JAOTW. Because JAOTW also made some fans "leave" and gained many new ones, and from what I can see TBMU might have the same effect. Let's see what the future brings, but I feel another sort of succes comming like JAOTW had. Atleast I see some similarities in the way people are shocked etc. ;)

@ aganim: If you go back 1 or 2 pages you can see that I wrote that I will buy the album. I like Summer Dream. And who knows, maybe I will like more tracks. I have never sad that I will not buy the album.

But it will not change my oppinion about the Electro-House. The music is like testicle torture.

We'll see, they likely have made electro house with their own twist, it ought to be different.

Not to sure what to think here, first listen of the samples I was thinking DUBSTEP oh god no! I certainly am not a fan of dubstep even with its growing popularity. I will have to judge the album once I can listen to the entire tracks. I have already ordered the limited edition to support my favourite band but will sadly be dissapointed if the album "isnt my cup of tea"

certainly a very strange feeling overcame me when i heard this scooter-dubstep-stuffMashUp O.o its so untypical.
but they did a very good job in adapting dubstep to their scooter philosophy.

Agreed. MTG was classic scooter.

JAOTW on the other hand was RUBBISH.
