You are all ungrateful basterds.

You kiss the guy's ass until he produces some music for you,
then you abandon him for the new guy (which is now mike)

For an artist like Ferris, his biggest and most wonderful creation
to be taken away and for him not to get any credit is a life-changing event.

You've never had your life's best achievent taken away, so who the foock are you
all to judge him?

Now your new love is Mike The Bonehead, but in a moment after he is left the band
none of you brown noses will remember him.

I may be sharp with my words but I am always honest as hell

not true for me,i've only ever seen scooter live with michael, his 2nd gig with the band was my first time seeing scooter live,so to me michael will always be remebered (by me anyway), but to be honest i'm not intrested in past memebers at all or what they get up to,when jay left i never gave a second thought lol and this stuff about ferris and nessaja my opinion is..who gaves a fu*k lol, its a great track who cares who produced it,it's a scooter tune and always will be, just remember it's all about the painted cow!

so if kontor brought it, that would mean it was sold on, so technically ferris has no legs to stand on, he would have lost all rights to that track if this is the case
This x1000. Kontor knows what they're doing by now, especially with all of Scooter's past legal issues. I'm sure this isn't the first time someone has tried to claim that Scooter doesn't have the rights to a song but in the end, Ferris had to have signed off on it somewhere. Whether he sold the rights or what, there's nothing he can do about it now. I'm not saying that Kontor was straight forward about it and, yes there are a TON of shady people in the music business that will make you sign away everything if you don't read the fine print BUT you should have known better. If you're in a band that big, get a lawyer.
You've never had your life's best achievent taken away, so who the foock are you

Because he acts like a child in all of his arguments and rants like someone with delusions. If he came out and stated what was going on like a mature adult like I would have assumed he was then I can guarantee most of us here would be up in arms yelling foul. Instead, he's chosen to go so off the wall, claiming how he's going to destroy the band and ruin all of them, I hope he gets nothing. People like that deserve nothing because they'd rather spend the time dragging people down than overcoming the actual issue.

It would have been no different if Axel or Jay came forward and said they stole something from them. If they acted in the same manner then they would get the same reaction. That simple.

Ferris is an emotional and artistic person. Don't confuse this with childish behavior.
Its also a good tactic for PR reasons. Noone would have discussed a single, seriously put statement

+1 He probably signed something somewhere. If he got tricked, thats his fault. STFU Ferris!

This is getting quite interesting.

Actually have started think newly, perhaps the so called "third member" do always have had an immense impact on Scooter's sound on their certain periode of music. I mean, now, everybody is talking bout Chris Avantgarde and that he would have made the Sinead remix and most part on The Only One. And yes, the sound is different but the way to mix musical elements stay the same scooterish.
My hypothesis is that the third member is the main responsible for the music writing, Rick has always done the mixing (is also his education) and engineering and H.P. stands for the lyrics and ideas. Could this be the explanation that not single time since Ferris left the band, Scooter hasn't sound the same mystical, melancholic atmospheric anymore? The era of Axel Coon was melodical simplier and with Jay they went to the Stadium sound. Throughout the years the mixing quality has sustained, which is one of the main reasons why Scooter stands out. (It sounds so amazing good!) But the way to tell musical stories has changed and got way simplier.

I don't appreciate the way Mr.Bueller writes about the case. It does make him look like a pre-adult. Yet, I guess he is honest man and has written the solo melody of th track except for the Mafay-hook ( of course ;)

But yes - I'm most interested what he is capable to do. Namely for me, the first chapter is musicalwise far beyond all the other stuff they done ever after. On the other hand, all the tracks we had heard from Ferris after he left the band, hadn't really made any big impact on me.

Let's see.

One things is clear, since the very beginning Scooter has sampled and lent ideas from other musical sources. There's nothing Ferris could say againt this. He is as well brother-in-crime...

Yours sincerely

well as i know, the whole band has some involvement in the making of a song, all ideas are considered, this is mostly clear on the second chapter, if i recall all band members had a hand in most of the music, im your pusher was a prime example, as axel wrote some the lyrics

none of us really know what happens in the studio of scooter and all this ferris stuff

all we can do i see what happens and as fans support our favorite band anyway we can,

How come so much cr4p fit inside 1 person?

An artist has to have a target. To get bigger, better and more interesting. Everyone has to.

If he made something, which was good and somebody stole it - then it's a bad think. But it has to stimulate to work even harder to make an even better piece of art. At least for for himself.

It's almost 10 years since Nessaja. TEN YEARS. What has he done in those years? What has he achieved? NOTHING. End of story.

Almost everyone here loves the first chapter, myself included

Okay The Age Of Love was a little sh*t.

But seriously, what's he achieving by whinging on and on about unfairly he's been treated? That's the kind of sh*t you tell to a psychiatrist, and settle with a lawyer.

He's not making any friends by bagging Scooter to the true believers.

Oh well, it's entertaining anyway 8)

It's not entertaining for me, because I also like the 1st chapter. And Ferris is a big part of that chapter. And I was really sad, when he left. And it's not good what's happening now.

I guess what's sad is that Ferris is obviously depressed. He seemed to have come out of it recently, but then the relentless attacks on the band began. There is too much hatred here for a man that is mentally stable, especially when we're going back in time to before the turn of the century.
