"the second disc is gonna be a megamix of all scooter singles from hyper hyper to im guessing stuck on replay
how it is gonna sound is a complete mystery, im hoping it will be mixed up and refreshed
i hope it wont just play through in order and mix on at the ends"

I would think they also would include The Only One

SORRY - would like to take another quote - but I don´t know how to delete my input now :S :S :S

"maybe not the only one will be on the album, kinda like the last albums singles collection, it only had upto that album"

I don't see why it wouldn't be included. It's a megamix so it would have a short clip of the song in it. I think it would be silly to have a megamix of all the singles except (the only) one.

yeah i see your point, but the singles collection on JAOTW never included any new tracks from the album apart froma remix of TQIWITQ and included the latest single later JTR

Actually you may be right there, but i think it will only be the singles upto SOR

in my opinion 1 or 2 weeks it's not enough for promoting...just look at Lady Gaga's promotions, almost everyone knows her,and she doesn't need to promote that much, but she promotes very well, even people who don't like Lady gaga knows when she will release a new single or album...but for Scooter fans it's hard to find news about them,i think just great Scooter fans knows about Scooter and follow their news, but people who has a little interest about Scooter don't know anything about scooter, and even some of old fans think Scooter is dead!

Well, Kontor performs minimixes of forthcoming albums of their artists on their fb-page in 30 days before release. So it is possible to see full tracklist and hear some melodies from TBMU after next 2 weeks :)
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to visit

They should announce it on Facebook and their website by now.
3 weeks before the release publish something like a minimix of the album and 1 week before give 1 track away as free download.
Make people hear small bits of it towards the release definitely brings up the anticipation.
Offcourse some site will have samples at that time, but an official minimix or just samples from 2 tracks on their official youtube channel will reach more people.

sure would, kinda like they did with UTROTT, their was a mini sample of some tracks with an advert, in the end, the result was no.2 in the charts and a gold selling album

I just had a bad feeling that the reason they haven't officially and themselves said anything about the album's release date is that they're keeping themselves the possibility (perhaps likeliness already?) to delay the release if necessary. (Maybe the date seen on those store sites is not even meant to be the real date. Maybe it's planned to be changed later.) I tried to find but couldn't find the album release date being mentioned anywhere at all, other than store sites (which are often subject to change).

It'd indeed be a good way of creating excitement to release samples along the wait. I think it'd work wonders. But a well-planned hype-creating campaign is something that I can't see happening...

By the way, what do you people think about the new 25 second video on Scooter's facebook? Could it be part of a new track by them? Probably it's not, though.
 This is a signature.

some good points their, maybe the 14th is a date they want it out for, but not officially confirming it they could delay it.

and i also had the same thought about that 25 sec video, could be one of the new songs

At least Scooter fans don't have it as bad as Wintersun fans. I'm a big fan of Wintersun and they have kept delaying their new album since 2006 :D On the other hand, it's gonna be epic when it finally comes out.

I think the 1st CD will present us a list of new songs ("The Only One" included) and CD2 will be like a REMAKE of the old singles ("Friends Turbo" included). So, it will be one more single collection, but this time with different versions. It's pointless to have just another normal single collection, since every Scooter fan already bought it 3 or 4 times.

I would love to see this point of view.

Yes it is.

Amazon.de states this.

The same like on weltbild.de. But it's a very common descripton. You can write that stuff to every Scooter album.

as far as we know its gonna be a megamix of all scooter singles, its also been described as the longest ever scooter single, im guessing it will sound like a clubland cd, all the songs mixed together

I'm still hoping that The Only One will not be a regular part of the album, but more like bonus track Something like Jigga Jigga on MTG. So my hopes are - 13 songs, 12 brand new (Intro included) plus TOO as a special bonus track.... I think that would be good idea, considering it has been ages since TOO. Plus, TOO does not fit in this new conception (electro house-free 8) )
