We just have to trust them and see what happens. I doubt they will release an unfinished album.

Yeah, true. Although when I compare JAOTW-WYW (2008 ) to JAOTW (2007) I would say JAOTW-WYW was the real finished album so to speak. Because of some better tracks on it, like the re-edit of LUTS and IL ;) ...so in a way they have already once released an unfinished album, atleast in some way. Normally one wouldnt have noticed it, but due to the re-release one suddenly got an album like JAOTW in the first place should have been so to speak ;) With better tracks, better cover and so on ;) But ok, that's a personal meaning, I know. ;)

Ofcourse they have a boss and they have to keep a date for the business point of view, but I prefer that they do not keep a date, if in that case it's almost impossible to deliver a good album. But if they are confident with what they made, and they can keep the date, than all is ok for me :)

I think JAOTW was finished when they released it, JAOTW (WYW) just had the new LUTS and the single version of IL, + JTR (WYW).

I think UTROTT sounds way more unfinished.

I prefer the new version of I'm Lonely

But seriously the old version of LUTS is the only true version. God knows why HP (I'm guessing it was his initiative) decided to go and wreck the best instrumental on the album to create a worthless album track.

To me there are several Scooter albums that sound unfinished. WGTLLN, MTG and Sheffield. Which is funny because I like all of these albums. Just some of their tracks (UWW3, The Avenger's Back, Down To The Bone) sounded like they were made very quickly.

I like both versions. They are so different, if it's for the sound I like the single edit better and if it's for the lyrics, then I like the album version better.

a pity, that JAOTW is still the normal album version on JAOTW (WYW), because they really improved the song with the single edit and got rid of that stupid mistake.

Hi Scooter fans!

I am new here, this is my first post!
As I see you have talked about the physical releases. I think physical releases are much better, too. I collect Scooter releases and it is important for me to have a release in my hands. Especially rare items, for example Back In Ireland. :)

By the way, when will we hear any news about the new album? I think it won't be released in September...

Welcome to the forum! :)
I also love physical releases and the covers / sleeves, booklet etc that goes with them :)
The latest date we heard for the album was October I think, but nothing official, I guess it will depend when its finished and the band are happy with the results :)

Yeah, JAOWT-WYW album would have been totally "prefect" with that single version also on it, totally true ! ;)

yeah the JAOTW-WYW is the best version of that album, partly i think the re release was also due to the extra success they wanted for the long run they had, they must have know how close gold was for them in germany and a bonus of the album seemed fitting, also the live dvd was the better part of the album imo,
that made the album 10x better

Overall, i think Sheffield and BTHWJ were very good albums quality wise. Down to the bone is a very high quality progressive trance track, which up to this day is 90% better then other artists progressive trance tracks in my opinion.
Both albums are really good to listen to when in a car. BTHWJ when H.P said, "feels like strawberry sauce" at the end of "I put you on the guest list", I still up to date feel that it was a masterpiece. Many other tracks are good on those 2 albums. I wish they could go back to BTHWJ style, just a little bit more darker, techno and progressive trace style and stay away from those kiddy jump style or hard style.
Keep the vibes :)

May I ask those who constantly come up with fake album covers to stop? You suck at photoshop, and lack any kind of design skill.
I'm getting fed up with fans bringing fake stuff to me each day to put on the site. So stop it. Please :)

The best would be not only MP3 Release the album on CD and no downloads via I-net (Release day for all countries on the album available)

It does not matter if the release is MP3 or CD style. Quality is what matters. I don't understand people here talking about weather it should be released on CD, Blue Ray or MP3. The question here is if they would release a high quality album like they did with The Ultimate Aural Orgasm (2007) and back, Sheffield and BTTHWJ...style. I will buy it in one way or another and i don't care about album cover art and lyrics etc. I just hope they make something that i can listen to...cause i am an old school Scooter fan. Some kind of remix from "watch out" or "main floor", or something new of that sort, would be awesome or anything other then hard style or jump style.

MP3 = lossy compressed music
CD = lossless uncompressed music

that's what i was thinking when reading this post for the last few month. The next album needs to be a quality album no matter where it should be put on, CD, DVD, MP3, Blue Ray...it needs to be good :)

Good one.
