What happened / will happen to THE ONLY ONE ?

A total of 35 Votes have been submitted.

80%

1. Release will be postponed, but we will get the single (28)

2. It will only be featured on the album, but not released anymore as single (1)

3. It will never be released (1)

4. We will get the single version live on the Inferno (like with "The Leading Horse"), but as CD/mp3 only the album version (1)

5. I don't care, we have Friends Turbo now, the rest is not important (2)

6. I've got no idea.... (2)

What are your views? It will be interesting to see.

As others have said -- it'll be released properly as a single of its own, either before Inferno or before the album. I have every reason to expect it to be released since it's the single they were going to release, and they definitely have to release something to support the new album, and Friends Turbo is not that song.

hp sounded sure that this was the new single with friends turbo

i recon they seperated the single to concertrate on the movie promo and not hinder the actual new single

Scooter have not often postponed the release of a track that was due to become a single, and short before the release TOO was "traded in" for another track so to speak. Usually that tracks in the end did not become singles, and were only released as bonus on best-offs or were played in it's single version live on tour. So I do hope that THE ONLY ONE won't have the faith of "Stripped", "The Leading Horse", "No Fate" and maybe even "Habanera" (in it's live version with lyrics)

But something made me, and also most of you all, confident that we will get it. So let's hope we are right

My opinion is that The Only One will be relaese in May, possibly early June but certainly before the Inferno, I would guess that Scooter are keen to release it if they had made a track they are happy with as the first single from a new album, but then the movie soundtrack came alnog and delayed it - I think it will be released sooner rather than later, but i could be wrong - hope not because i can't wait to hear it
