Wether you're a copyright owner or infringe-r, it takes a lot of effort to deal with such things. Hours of queueing in offices, court, talking till you're blue in the mouth... it's chaotic. That's why I laughed at Ferris first when he said he's gonna sue the guys

As all the rights belongs to the brand name Scooter, I believe that Ferris, who ain't more a part of Scooter, has never got any money for using 1st chapter singles. hmm, that's why he's so angry and stressed. I don't get the sense of this topic, are you interested to damage the band?
Wat??
No, I'm just curious about how YOU forum members see the situation.
I think Ferris should get money from it, as he for sure will be mentionned in the credits, like everytime on recent live or best of CD's where a track from the 1st chapter is included.

Totally agreed. And Michael Simon, whether he would be in credits or no? Remember, this is re-release and nothing more.

He will not receive any royalties from "Friends Turbo". All the ex-members signed a declaration stating that after their departure from the band, royalties and income will no longer be their right, even if they helped write some of the songs.
