Lento Violento/Undersound Style

For those of you that don't know, Lento Violento is a style of music that adopts a slow, but very hard bass beat to make a nice bassline. It's very popular, and used frequently. Italian Hardstyle Icon Technoboy made the style his own in tracks like "Catfight" (Which I know many of you have heard), and I've actually found that structure really fun to listen to.

Would be interesting to see Scooter mess with this in one track, maybe in a break. Just a phat reverse bass on a slow beat, with HP MCing. Maybe I am alone in wanting to see this, but thought it was noteworthy nonetheless :)

Lento's style is wonderful, but if Scooter will use it, everyone'll say that Scooter is copying Technoboy's ideas again ;)
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to visit

That would be the reaction, yes :S Sad, because the style would really fit to be used by Scooter in a track. I really like the Catfight track, great tune :thumbup:

I'm not familiar with this thing, but I'm still all for it: I want them to use as much different or unusual things as possible. This sounds like a good thing too. If the style is commonly seen nowadays, the chances are high they'll try it!

Eh, I'm not a big fan of the style. I used to be a big Gigi D'Agostino fan before it went on his Lento Violento binge. I find it funny that he actually owns the rights to the term "Lento Violento" so no one else can use it.

Tuneboy also ripped off that style, with a track called Overdub.
We started in 1994....in 2012 we're still on the case!!!
