Will the INFERNO in 2011 be broadcasted on TV?

After seeing the poster a thought came to my mind. Will the show be broadcasted on TV ?
The reason for it is the following one:

- PRO7 is promoting the show, and as far as I know it;s the first time for PRO7 to promote a Scooter shows (but I might be wrong)
- We had a huge performance of FIRE with epic pyro's as intro to the PRO7 show "Stock Car Challange", and that all in a huge stadium
- Scooter had a performance with TI SENTO on the qualifying of that "Stock Car Show" on PRO7
- Scooter took part in the PRO7 "WOK challenge"
- Steffan Raab, a famous PRO7 presenter, and Scooter seem to know eachother rather well, and somehow I feel Steffan even secretly likes Scooter

Previous concerts were also promoted by TV stations, like RTL2 for example, but somehow I feel that PRO7 will do something with this Scooter gig on TV. It's the biggest one Scooter ever had, it for sure will contain a huge amount of flames and fireworks, so good for viewing rates on TV I would say ;) What do you think about it, is there a chance for a live TV broadcast on PRO7 ?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was! Great thinking!

Would be nice if it was released as a DVD somewhere, or Kontor once again uploaded all the footage to their Youtube account like they did with Berlin 2008 :)

A DVD will almost certainly be recorded, because it's such a historical and huge show for Scooter. But a TV broadcast would bring them far more promo, and could increase future album sales after the gig on TV + it would bring Scooter in the spotlights :)

What? Broadcasted on TV? Are you kidding me? In that case, I need tons of make up for looking good in TV! :D You know I'm a woman, and I'm a little bit vain. ;) No, it was a joke! :P

I think it's a good opportunity in the history of Scooter to broadcast such a huge event like this. And producing a DVD is a must! ;) So I am happy about this idea. :)

Of course I will be at the front of the venue, I mean, I really have to given the distance I will be traveling to go to this show ;)

So I hope to get on the DVD (and maybe live broadcast) too :D

What if the Hamburg concert is not sold out then?
What if from 57.000 tickets only half the amount is sold and you will see a huge space in the stadium?
That would look stupid on TV...
+I doubt Pro7 would show a Scooter concert on a Saturday at the prime time

I believe Pro7 ist just sponsoring a little and Scooter may be doing another appereance @ TVTotal to promote this show maybe together with the new album.

I'm 100% sure we'll get a DVD but I doubt the concert will be broadcasted live.

BTW I guess it was VIva who organized the berlin TV concert, ah?
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

57.000 as far as i know thats the Capacity for fotballsevent.. so there is no possibilyty there will be 57.000 people for a Scooterconcert

Good points there, Aganim. It will be risky, but yet they might do it. With the right promo from PRO7 it might get almost sold out I recon. It was mentionned as Scooter and special guests, so maye they have something else in their sleave, a sort of 90s show so to speak with here and there performances by some 90s stars together with Scooter ;) Prime time is on PRO7 mostly time for shows that are watched by millions of people, like "Schlag den Raab" or "Stock Car Challenge" and so on, but with the right pyro show and effects and guest stars and dancers, it could work as a prime time show if you ask me. But as said, it was just a thought by me, time will tell what will happen ;)

Obviously if they want the arena to be truly sold out they need a famous opening act - not the House Rockerz again. A slightly less famous, but still very well known act.

much like berlin 2008, it will be a great idea, seems scooter are pulling out all the stops

true, but if you see the layout of the stage on the ticket site i would imagine scooter will only focus the cameras ont he main area, if they choos too, on the other hand, i never expected to see how the hamburg event looked and sold out this year, so im guesing with all the time from the start of the ticket sales and the event and it is a one event show, i would imagine it will be pretty packed out, didnt the main ticket site for a while stop the sales of tickets, then when they come back on sale the staged plan was chaged

57.000 as far as i know thats the Capacity for fotballsevent.. so there is no possibilyty there will be 57.000 people for a Scooterconcert

no there isnt, scooter are putting there stage in the middle of the pitch, so the one side of the stadium wont be used, also some of the sides too, but a one side will be and a lot of floor space too, i recon we will be looking at around 30.000, i recon scooter are gonna try and break there own record of 14.000 and try and double.

Obviously if they want the arena to be truly sold out they need a famous opening act - not the House Rockerz again. A slightly less famous, but still very well known act.

i would imagine scooter have got a couple of nice acts coming in hopefully to help out, but truly the fans want scooter not the other acts. and i do think scooter are looking to explode the madness of scooter and have a wicked best ever looking show and hopefully for this one off a longer set list, something like 2.5-3.0 hours

I just want the concert to be released on DVD.
That would be amazing!

that would litrally be the cherry on the cake for me too, if your lucky enough to go, and get the dvd/cd it will be awsome, and a nice gesture for the fans who cant make it

by the way, have you seen the official site :D

Of course, but I think it's a bit hard to find 50,000 diehard Scooterfans :D Many people go to concerts to have fun, even if they only know the artist from a few songs. A famous opening act like Atzen Musik would really sell out the whole arena!

I think Atzen is the perfect opener too, they are on Kontor like Scooter, very popular, still Electronic Dance Music (their own "Technorap") and are great music to get a party started! Though I believe that several openers are required to make it a really special night. Some sort of Kontor House DJ like Michael Mind or Eric Chase would do well I'm sure, they've had hits in Germany :)

I'd assume we'd have it like so:

Opener 1 (less famous) : 45m
Opener 2 (more famous): 1h
Intermission :15m
Scooter: 2h + encore

But I'd really love to see a DVD release of this gig! It will TRULY be massive!

Just look at the size of that place

True, the footbal field will be filled for 1/3, when one looks at the plan, and the standing area is a bit more than half of that area. So the tribune capacity in the front-left & right side will be used + the standing capacity on about 1/6 of the field = the totall capacity. So I would say about 30.000 is right, yes ;) And that is possible, because on the UTROTT tour Scooter got 70.000 fans in totall to fill the venues ;)

You know what would be perfect?
Forget the boring opening acts...imagine this...
Only Scooter performance that would last for 3 hours, because all the past members will join them on the stage.
That would be the best possible thing!

I'm sure they will do their best to sell this concert out to the max, just for the sake of the DVD. I bet we're going to be seeing footage from this in at least one future video :D
