It seems those mixes and B-sides were a way for Scooter to introduce the "new" style to us, silently and gradually ;)

But it would be a risky move, considering the charts and what people "want" to hear when they buy a Scooter CD. So for sure the tracks will be, as said before, influenced by the style, but not 100% the style, because otherwise it would be a huge gamble for Scooter. And I doubt they want to take such a big risk to change their entire sound radically. But instrumentals on the new album could very well be in the style of the mentioned B-sides and mixes, and even some vocal album tracks too, but the single tracks will for sure be more fast so to speak, to be on the safe side ;)

took the thoughts from my head there,
if the gamble goes bad, then the only sales will be fan made, if it pulls of, which i think it will if the tracks are done right and not too badly ripped and sampled then it could well be a succesful album

but regards to that, it will be successful in its own way, the real question is, can it last and will the elecro move prove successful
we all know how scooter add there style and edit the music style to suit them so i do think it would go well

and as scooterworld says, there will likely be the typical scooter tracks there, some that are mixed with the new style and proberly a few experimants,
one good thing is that these house-electro tracks normally are insramental based (the progressive style) so we may get a healty dose of insramentals this time round

Good points -- if the new stuff was anything like P.U.C.K., it would be a dream come true. That track is one of my favourite Scooter tracks. If they're inspired by electro and progressive, it doesn't mean the tracks will be both -- some of them can be electro-influenced, others progressive. And others something else. I hope they'll gamble. That brings the best results, and the luck favours the bold. Radical changes and success -- look at JAOTW. Entirely different style from TUAO, but a big hit nevertheless. I'm not that fond of JAOTW, but it still serves as a good example. They haven't done the sound most people want to hear in years -- if most people want tracks like Maria, Nessaja, Posse, Jigga Jigga... They are severely mistaken if they think the sound people want to hear when they buy Scooter is SOR... If they just do it right, use their skills, not take the most stupid choruses and melodies nobody wants to hear, and experiment, it will work great, also among the fans.

Yeah, the chances are good for more instrumentals this time, as said.
 This is a signature.

it doesn't mean the tracks will be both

if they do i would imagine they will kinda sound like TSAMH electro mix

on the subject of TSAMH
i was watching the x factor tonight and when cheryl cole performed her new single the video screen in the back ground there was a sky with clouds and it reminded me of TSAMH live in hamburg, the screens behind hp had these sky images too

TSAMH Electro Mix is very bad :) I don't know what dj will play it in clubs... The greatest last electro-house tracks from Scooter are Electro mix from Ti Sento and , of course, P.U.C.K.

p.s. Is B.O.B. electro?

I doubt it will be 100 percent electro, only certain electro influences. My guess is a good 50 percent of the upcoming stuff will be around the standard house 128 BPM, but the rest could even be trance. Scooter know they're too energetic for 100 percent house ;)

I don't want even to talk about it anymore :( I will be very dissapointed if the new album will be in a style of Ti Sento Club Mix or TSAMH Electro Mix. No, I will be more, than dissapointed. It will be literally a tragedy. Musical tragedy.

@ kelvo and edgar

this is exactly my opinion. I always have the feeling scooters b-side's are kind of a preview, about a possible next new style, to look at the reactions in the scooter fan scene after listening to the b-side and than deciding about to go ahead with the new style or cancelling it

Yeah, it was quite clear that most fans actually disliked the mixes in the "new" style .... so in that case, if it was made as a test, they got an overall negative result, atleast the majority didn't liked it at all :S

there still is no real info yet apart from it will be progressive and electro infuenced, this could be anything from sampling a electro song and adding it to the scooter style or pure electro,

also bear in mind that the clubmixes of TS and TSAMH were made as clubmixes of a morepowerful single, already the are weaker,
the new album will be build arounf new tracks and be made in a single style quality, adding energy to em
eg im raving is pretty much a house track, but the whole scooter energy added to it made it energetic to hear,

but for me moslty, im looking forward to hearing an actual new style, since 2007 we have pretty much had jumpstlye the claps were getting old for me,
and going by the musical quality of these clubmixes i think thay sound well produced.

and thats what i like the most, as well as it being new for us and scooter,
i kinda thought the jump/hardstyle ere sound was a little flat and basic, but it was energetic

now i thought of a few pointers for the new album,
although this is only a few thoughts

1-it seemed that scarbourough releoaded and the sh*t that kiled elvis were both used for the UTROTT album, in JAH and SR, so it seems scooter like TUAO for its work, and we have had the 2 clubmixes and a few house b side in the style of the upcoming album, maybe.

so i think a second TUAO is due up, to me scooter seem to wanna make a better version of a house album, which TUAO was in parts
