I'd be really disappointed if they played the old tracklist. That would be such a stupid thing to do after creating all the hype. And why couldn't they change the tracklist? It's a must, and they've had a long time to do so. I want to hear some older songs that are not played otherwise! And new songs! The album wouldn't have to be ready or released, they could still play a few new songs. They're really delusional if they image people wouldn't like to hear new songs if they're hearing them for the first time in the concert...

I'm sure that when Scooter won't have any new songs to play, they would search for some older ones that might be "new" for a live performance. They should really do that in case there won't be any new songs, because otherwise the Inferno would loose much of it's special status. But I'm sure Scooter themselves know that too, so we could get a sort of"best-of Stadium sound" tracks on that concert, or some previews of some new album tracks ;)

If the album is to be released in August they should definitely have some completely polished tracks by the end of June!

I too question the constant re-play of (overused) hit singles.
If they had only 2 albums released in the past, I'd understand, but when they have such a long list of great songs to choose from... there's no excuse not to completely change the tracklist.

There's many good old songs they could play with success.
Great classics like Friends, Our Happy Hardcore, When I Was A Young Boy, Age Of Love...
Following goods like I'm Your Pusher, Transcendental and other instrumentals for a medley, Don't Gimme The Funk, We Bring The Noise, Am Fenster...
More recent, and still great, stuff like The Night, Like Hypa Said, The Avenger's Back, Seven Bridges, The United Vibe, East Sands Anthem...

There's so many goods to choose from, which is much more fresh and good than the overplayed singles.

Even if the album comes after the inferno, who says they can't play some exclusive, brand new tracks there? ;)

why on Earth are u guys want to hear songs for the Inferno from the upcoming album? I mean it would be good but even if the play, they will play 1 or 2 singles wich we will hear before the Inferno ( in case that they have them ready). So, for he show these new songs won't be so "new", if u know what i mean;) For sure they will never play a whole new album in case it's released;) But if we look at this from a economical point of view, yes the release of the new album would boost the sales for the big show. Personally i will look at some songs as"new" if the will play them, such as: Take A Break, The Revolution, Seven Bridges, Priviledge To Witness. They have so many good songs to play that they can build up a whole new bomb tracklist apart from the usual tracklist wich is almost the same from 2006 (with Maria, Weeken, One and I'm Raving). It's not a tragedy if they won't release the album until the big show, they can easily make a big show whith the mentioned tracks :!:
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

Yes, that's the point! They should change the tracklist radically for this event because they have so many good songs to choose from!! Especially because of all the hype for this event. I'd be happy with that; if no new tracks played, then play some stuff they haven't played ever or for a long time. (But some completely unheard tunes to preview the new album would be really nice too!) My fear is that they think along the lines of "the crowd wants to hear every released Scooter single -- including the hits Stuck On You, The Question, I'm Raving..." :|

and they should extend the length to two hours and plan another 30 minutes as encore.

mhhh, so perhaps no new songs. In this case I hope for a great, never created before, tracklist otherwise I will be very disappointed.
Honestly: If it should be the UTROTT tracklist (what I highly doubt) I will leave the arena during the intro, I PROMISE!

Scooter have a wide range of tracks to choose from, let's hope they will surprise us with a few old tracks never heared live before. I once read a fan on the forum had the idea about a voting to choose 3 "never played live" tracks for a concert, that would be a nice idea I would say ;)

What about the Inferno as album preview show? ;)
Playing about 5 - 6 tunes from the new album, announce the album title and release date before the inferno, and then promote the inferno as album preview concert.
That should make people go there, won't it?

It would attract people if they promised something publicly, like that there will be classics they haven't played in years, etc.

Cool news about the belgian advert 8o

i would imagine scooter will play the expected big hits, with the last 2 albums having the bulk of the tracklist like they always do, them a final blast of classic hits,
mixed in with a suprise track and maybe the latest singles

also i would expect now that the biggest suprise will be a new version of an old track

going by the belgium advert, it seems the sheffield jumpers will be in the inferno too
so i would expect as i say the last two albums to play a large part of this event
