Their oppurtunity to realese the new album in the UK may pass by them because of The Radar's failure.

true, but as said it could also go well, i dont think scooter should stray away from the uk because of the failure of UTROTT, if the new single proves to be a big hit, then it should go ok

Quoted from "kelvo" Quoted from "Scooterworld" Indeed waiting for spring and an endless stadium summer

and hopefully back in the uk

and back to Germany (in 2011)

yes that is always the likely story, kinda a neverending story

Here and there I was reading this forum, so basically I know what's the buzz. 8)

I will not philosophize and will tell you only one thing.
Our Scooter will NOT disappoint us, whatever style they choose.

Even if day choose to make a jazz album, I'm 100% sure that to all of you that would be the best jazz album you have ever heard. :)
With that said, I think we can sit still and what for another miracle form the Scooter factory.
We don't need a knife, we don't need a gun...all we need is Scooter and some fun! :)

I'd like to hear something ethnic.

BTW Their jazz album would be great.
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

Actually, it's a great idea.
Scooter should use some ethnic chants. That would be interesting.

P.S. I told you...their jazz album would rock! :D

Of course that we want Scooter to remain the same, but some smaller experiments are welcome.
I would like to see a bonus album where Scooter would test all the styles of music... :D

Except the rock covers, I'd say FHS is the closest they've come to rock.

As long as I get one techno-rock track, or a track with a similar vibe, I'm pleased :)

Rofl. You guys are crazy. :D Even if I'd be all for it if they suddenly decided to make a jazz album, it might not turn out good; jazz is years of pratice, it's a lifestyle. Not something one can tune into all of a sudden. (And yes I know you were probably joking and not totally serious, but I still had to say that.) However, sampling jazz sounds and instruments would be pretty cool to hear. As I've said before too, I'd like to hear them using more real instruments here and there. Anyway, as someone suggested, ethnic chants would be cool to hear as well -- I like tracks with African tribal singing mixed with a hard beat. And this reminds me of what Rick said in that interview, how he sometimes wants just pure rhythm -- I wish we got some tracks like that!

Of the rockier tracks, I think Fire and WBTN are the best. Damn, FHS is awesome too, and the guitar in it is better than the one in WBTN, I think. But overall, there's something in WBTN that I'm just crazy about, something that makes it rockier than FHS. Although these tracks are such classics that I love them all nearly equally. Oh, and IWMFLY I just hate!
 This is a signature.

I propose to resume the slade group (come on feel the noize! girls rock your boys) this will be a great rock tune!

What's hard jazz?? lol and why not the accordion hard for that matter lol

He said that to make a pop album of guitar-based classic, a bit like (white wedding cover) that HP resumed.

this will be surprising!

but no electro teck house!

it really sucks that music is bland, and it gives not want to dance electro house, it has a sound that I do not mind.

compared to pre-techno sounds is not even comparable.

missing more than a duet with Justin Bieber lol
:D

heh, I can almost hear HP doing his soft spoken word style (No Fate etc.) over laid back jazzy riffs now...kinda like Apollo 440's 'Children of the Future'. (although the fact I listened to that track earlier today might have something to do with it :P )

But on the subject of sampling jazz instruments etc. I've seen it work a lot in drum'n'bass (notably Blame and Peshay) and sometimes outside of that too (eg. Rennie Pilgrem's 'Attention') so I don't see why it couldn't work here if done correctly.
We started in 1994....in 2012 we're still on the case!!!

WBTN sounds like the blues rock style of 70th. FHS guitar riffs are weak, unfortunately... so to make it sound wicked, you have to volume up to the max and also manipulate the sound setting of the player.
