No, I don't think so. The meaning is that something new may be performed at Stuff The Turkey X-Mas Tour. If it was like you say it was better for them not to talk about it at all ("For all who cannot wait to hear the new stuff, the upcoming tour is warmly recommended"), because it's confusing for the fans. So I'm sure, that something new will be performed (the new single must be half-finished at that time, because it must be released a month or two before the album, that comes in Spring). Maybe it will be something like Jump That Rock (1st version).
I don't think it has to be the next single, either, it could simply be a track they've finished. Most importantly, I can't wait to hear that damn thing.

Its ambiguity makes both interpretations as likely as each other. Just take a quick glance at this page! It's created yet more debate and uncertainty.
I also take it as a hint that something new, finished or half finished, will be presented.

It did bad in UK? Schade, that sucks.Their oppurtunity to realese the new album in the UK may pass by them because of The Radar's failure
But If the album does well, perhaps they can redeem themselves there.
