I know it's not copyrighted, I could just easily imagine that Kontor would want to rip money off others for such things :P

I got the album and already listened it two times. My opinion: these guys created a good album. It sounds like a Mash Up of "Under The Radar Over The Top" & "The Big Mash Up". I don't know what Scooter itself would say about this one here but I'm as Scooterfan, I can only put my thumbs up and congratulate you to a accurate imitation of the current Scooter sound.

My favorite tunes: "Walking On Highway (Call Me Now)", "Thru the Window", "Shake Your Body" & "Beats Around My Heart".

Don't really know what to think about this album, it sounds promising but tracks like Roll & Ride, Thru The Window are really too inspired by Scooter, even if they are well covered...
"You're the Inspiration", so this title is clear, no doubt about that ^^
The other songs are nice, in Scooter-style, the MC is ok, the HPV too, good to hear another band in Scooter-style :)

now i've checked the whole album and well, what can i say. all the tunes sound very rushed and extremely cheesy.
roll&ride sounds like in the last state someone removed the vocals. way too empty as it is.
the rest sounds like cheap handsUp from 2000.
the mixing of the scooter-dreams-fake is so poor. i cant understand a word.

the album sounds like a ridiculous scooter parody, nuthin more.

and i hate the sung refrains, this voice annoys me.

Why not just mind your own business and let these guys make music like they want to? :whistling:

In my point view: this is kind of embarassing. Really, guys, c'mon.
Is this all you can do? Just copy every, and I mean EVERY single part of your tracks from a Scooter-track of all chapters? Mixtures between old Scooter-melodys and accords and putting it in a blender with Scooter's newest tracks? And it is even not very different to Scooter's tracks so why produce it?
You guys can do much better, I think. I mean, the production is really good. You really know how to produce nice electronic tracks in a producer's way. But try to get an OWN style. Really. Gosh... I can't stand it, sorry. I mean, Scooter themselves just copy and steal other things - in your case it is the copy of a copy (of a copy) then. Is it needed?

Like I said you really got talent, I think. But please try to create a more unique style. If you do it this way, it is nothing more than just a fan-project. This would be totally fine, no problem with that, very funny and well made. But you got a label and SELL it for money. So this more than a fan-project for you, I guess? But it does not work as more than such a thing. And this is what I mean with embarassing: selling this kind of stuff. Just post it free, tell that you are a Scooter-tribute-project and it is fine. And also use the your talent to create something own as the real band.

If that sounded a bit harsh, sorry for that, but I am really astonished that these guys don't use their talent in a more interesting way :/

And this is something I don't believe. I think they could do much more if they want to.

Funny how some people in this thread are up in arms about other artists blatantly ripping Scooter off...can you say "hypocrisy" :P

(it's not the first time it happened either :P)

Quoted

Thru the Window

I think we might just have a rip that is more blatant than any Scooter rip (even by UTROTT standards)...they missed the cool C-part though :P
We started in 1994....in 2012 we're still on the case!!!

Well, I said that Scooter themselves also just steal, cover and copy other things, so why do other projects have to copy Scooter then? Because it is a copy of a copy (of a copy) then. This is what I cannot stand and think it is just useless. But that's just my point of view.
