some people should really get a life....

for me it is still the best single they have done for a while because it is not just copied from a fresh track. btw they are producing awesome b-sides at the moment!
That's fact and right!

Oh,come on-just because people don't like the single doesn't mean they don't have a life and they are pathetic with their critics.
A fan is not a 100% robot who suppose unconditionally to love all singles and songs his favourite band has ever made.

Even the Scorpions with their 40 year career have 1-2 bad albums with singles (Eye To Eye) that sucked in the charts, and the band themselves agree with the fans that these albums sucked and never play any songs from them on their tours.

The fans are like parents who want their child to get success, and even when they not successful some constructive critics are not meant to be harmful-it's all made with good intention for the future.

My critic of this single is not done hindsight after I heard the bad chart-positions like some people say that fans here do ,it's done even before it had any official chart positions-I already said it's gonna be rough in the charts-when I heard it first time.

I agree entirely.

If I wasn't a genuine fan of Scooter, I wouldn't be on these forums. Neither would I own 7 of their albums, and listen to them regularly.

you missed my point. i was not talking about people who don't like the single. i meant it exactly the other way. people who like and buy every sh*t of scooter and are angry, sad etc. about that the single didn't enter the top 10. they are talking like there nothing else and tomorrow depends on how scooter are doing in the charts.

I think there was a high risk of a big flop with this single. Even if i find the song quite good, it's clearly far from being a possible chart hit like "Maria", The Question...

It's a good album track but that's all...it's a little bit llike releasing "Second Skin" as a single.

It seems that Scooter can only release singles with the same formula "loud beats, HPV chorus and HP parts...". :(

Well, let's see what will be the next release after the new year.

IMO, TSAMH deserve lower posision than this
a single with repetitive HP's Lyrics and part of Track, Cheap Electro mix. (Respect to their Awesome B-Side Lucullus)
just 2 bad choice (J'H ,TSAMH) from one of the Best Scooter Albums
Give me the sound - to see
Another world outside that’s full of
All the broken things that I made

Just give me a life to bleed
Another world outside that’s full of
All the awful things that I made

There is still no official position. It will enter the charts on Friday 11-12-2009, but the position will be know to insiders already this Monday / Tuesday....but the pre-sales are looking not so good, and according to them it will chart somewhere in between 30 and 40 ;)

As someone mentioned already - some people here should REALLY get a life.
Being sad about some single's poor chart position is a serious issue, in my opinion.

Why not?

I think it's fairly normal for us to concern ourselves with the success of a particular single or album release in the charts-- primarily because we've grown alongside Scooter for a number of consecutive years. It's inevitable to develop an attachment of some sort. Remember the attack on the police station in Spain that HP was almost got caught up in? I learnt about the incident a few months after it took place, but it didn't fail to frighten me. I'm not sure how I'd cope with the death of someone that I've admired for so long; a person of which that has inspired a countless number of people. This is nothing to be ashamed about, and it certainly doesn't warrant a visit to a psychiatrist. We feel this way because we've practically been with them through the highs and lows, becoming assimilated with them in their journey. I don't know how else to articulate this... Michael Jackson is another perfect example. Once you come to know the talent behind the music, it's almost as if you know them.

We all feel a little upset when a single performs poorly because it reflects badly on them. They have the potential to do so much better than this, and, evidently, they shouldn't have prematurely deliberated to release TSAMH. It's a great song, but it just doesn't contain the formula that has been responsible for Scooter generating so much fame and publicity. Their success has almost always been based on the HPV angle, which many of us here welcome with open arms. They're always catchy... Never failing to please. Offering them advice every now and then and sharing their disappointment shouldn't be ridiculed, but encouraged. I'm sure they listen to their fan base sometimes. So let your voice be heard, and help them any way you can.

I'm sure you know all this anyway.

And, in addition;
it's a difference of being a little upset when one's fav band makes it poor in the charts, and being really sad, getting one's life quality ruined on that fact.

I guess you're also sad, but you're sad about me being pretty direct, going by the line "cut the cr@p" and get straight to the point.
Cheers!

I'm really curious what the definitive position in the charts will be, but from what I can see, I think somewhere in between 30-40 .

Yes, that's possible.

I don't get at all why they've released this single just in 2 track single. That's very poor. If it would have been normal maxi it would have sold better I think. The b-side is very good but I have no reason to buy it myself just because of Lucullus. I can download that track. TSAMH ain't any special track to me.
