The electro mix sounds....strange. But I'm not gonna say it's bad until I heard the full version. Altough I would've loved to have a "normal" club mix this time. Would've sounded great. Can't wait to hear the Extended Version in full. The B-Side sounds good this time. Really like it.

Thanks for these news! Yeehaw -- I love the electro mix! :D It's so different compared to what they've done before -- I hope we'll see this style on the next album. :) I'm glad to see them experimenting more. The track has nice length too. Oh, and Lucullus -- I knew there'd be a b-side and I knew it'd be cool! :thumbsup: Can't wait to hear all of this in full length.

I'm starting to like the Electro Mix now :) unusual and different, yes, but isn't this the type of experimenting everyone have wanted?
Maybe not a good result for many, but it's a good experiment nevertheless.

And Lucullus is great :D btw, is the C expelled K or S?

Okay, I'll change the question;

Isn't experimenting what everyone have wanted?

Most people get bored of the usual single-type-builds, and wants more experimenting.
When they actually DO experiment, most people don't want it.
If the experimenting is so bad, why not be satisfied with things like they are in the first place?

My old latin teacher would say it's expelled K. That's how they did it back then. But I don'T know how it is in English..

Lucullus sounds great from the sample - but the Electo mix? - no - not for me - if I had been into that style I would have been a fan of an artiste who has been making Electro before - i can't change my taste in music - the music Scooter have made in the past 16 years is why I love it - and an album of Electro or House I won't ever buy :)

Well - personally I have love the music of the past 16 years - so I have no wish for Scooter to change, but I was satisfied with almost every track in the past - just the last singles have had a mix I don't like or see as Scooter really - but thankfully these are just a track on a single, not an album :)

EDIT - actually I don't think I expressed what I meant very well - in the past Scooter hace experimented with quite a few tracks - and they have all been great - but for me the thing that they have had, that I can't really descibe, is the "Scooter sound" - this electro mix and the mix on Ti Sento are 2 of the only 3 tracks since 1994 that don't have that very special Scooter magic :) ...for me at least

Even going back to CTN the special magic has always been there :)

but I really love the rdio edit , the extended and the b-side from the samples :)

Don't you think it's a little redundant to be ominously labelling a musical piece from a mere two minute sample of a seven minute track? Surely you should all be just a little bit more respectful by refraining from criticizing it until the final release... For all we know there could very well be a component present within the mix that we've yet to hear-- and who's to say it won't change the entire tone of the composition? Maybe I'm going out on a limb here, but uniformly relegating a track to 'awful' without being able to accessibly listen to it all is preemptively injudicious.

I've found myself quite enjoying the 'Electro remix'. It could conceivably be because I like something a little different and innovative. Monotonously releasing pieces that contain the same old formula is going to bite the artist in the ass eventually-- so releasing tracks like this is a no brainier. As confounding as this is, I inexplicably find myself agreeing with Traxx. It's always invigorating to hear something newly commissioned within the albums and singles, and that's exactly what this sort of experimentation does for us. I find HPs edited voice in the track quite seductive to tell you the truth. It's refreshingly enticing to hear- or as Scooterworld would say: it's fantastical.

The b-side is incredibly powerful! What a splendiferous piece of magic this thing is. Words cannot express how brilliant this one makes you feel. Fantastic work. Unanimously approving of this piece is wholesomely permissible, as a great deal of it is covered in the sample. Looking forward to this. 8)

The electro mix for sure is different and innovative, and judging by the sample it sounds very good. The auto-tune voice fit's very well to the electro style mix. I think for this track a real club mix wouldn't have fitted, because it would in that case have been similar to the radio edit I think. This electro mix makes a totally different song out of it, and because of that we in fact now have 3 different versions of the same track: the album version, the radio edit, the electro mix. So for 3 different tastes there is a version of this track. It's good that Scooter are experimenting nowadays, but whit experiments it's always the same: one likes it and one not. They can't please everyone. ;)
