Wikipedia article

Hi there! I am main author of article about Scooter in Russian Wikipedia. As you know, there are many rules about picture licensing in this site. I've uploaded some band and album pictures during the time when I was creating the article. And sometime ago the rules become more stronger and soon almost all images in article will be removing ;( And its present status of Featured Article in Russian Wikipedia may be lose without pictures. There are few ways to solve this problem:
1. The official photographs will give permission for using their works. But it's almost unreal 'cause how can I find, for example, the author of photo that pictured Scooter in 1995 or 1996 year or something?..
2. Band will give photos itself. :?:
3. Some of YOU, fans, can give permission for using photos of band that you make yourselves! It can be uploaded in Wikimedia-Commons and everybody in the world can use this file. Not only in Russian Wiki, but in English, German, Spanish, Hungarian and so on. Look at Scooter category in Commons - this is simply ridiculous:

Source code

1
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Scooter_(band)

I need you help, ladies and gentlemen... It's not commercial job, I just want to do something good for my favorite band. ;(
Upd. Photos already been moved. :(
