although noone in german would say "ich bin einig" it's still correct
better say:
Ich stimme dir zu (I agree with you)

Always changing the 3rd member is not so good I think.
Having only a 4 years contract is not mentaly good, the member will not have the impression to be a real part of the band.

I disagree.
The four year contract that they're purported to of signed only serves as a reminder of what they must accomplish. A time limitation set for expiration at some point is going to propel you into a set determination of ensuring you're doing the best you possibly can. And considering the success of Jumping All Over The World recently, Michael has defiantly left an indelible impact on us all. I'd be willing to stand by the belief that the third member trend they've set in motion leaves the newest member with he challenge to make a positive impression-- primarily to go down in the history books of one of the greatest bands alive.
I won't be that upset if Michael departs, for I know Scooter will make the right decision in selecting another perfect candidate for the responsibility. I trust that nothing will go belly up the next time round in 2010. I can almost guarantee that none of us will be disappointed. I'm rather looking forward the initiation of Chapter 5... I wonder what will be in store for us?
