Quite a few anti scooter people on today - or is it the same guy under different usernames ?
I think the "rips" are amazing. Jump That Rock.. Case in point !

Scooter already ripped Headhunterz...

Scooter is not one person (3). Yes it's sad, that they've ripped a lot, but for me a lots of hardstyle track are boring. For me Showtek, and the Outragers the only team, who can produce my taste of hardstyle. Scooter improved the hs melodies in your own way.

Again a topic about ripping, we know already that Scooter ripped much on this album, why must there always be new topics about this fact, isn't one topic enough !!

I agree with Kenny Rogers, when I get enough money I see myself buying Technoboy's Ti Sento as I listened to it and liked it. If Scooter hadn't have covered it, I probably would have never listened to it at all. I bet alot of people may do the same.

The Hardstyle scene is now spreading some hate to Scooter, but that was to be excepted.
But even if Scooter are indeed some cheesy and money wanting bastards, they sure laugh their arses off while reading such hate comments on their ripping strategy.

Do you really mind ripping?

I feel very bad while writing this, but Scooter really disappointed me this time ... Several days ago, I rated the new album with the highest grade, because that final product sounds great...

I don't mind when Scooter completely covers some song (like Eyes without a face, Rebel Yell, Marian...), because in that way, those old songs get some new, fresh and kick-ass sound... I don't mind when they rip some other vocal with HPV.... I'm not even that angry when guys rip some melody if it's an old one and not techno (like Enola gay)....

I mean that's all right, but they've gone too far this time . To steal melodies from the same music genre !? Stelaing melodies form techno artists ???

I wrote the letter of Technoboy, and that's when I found out Scooter ripped half of his album... I feel so miserable now, I really do ... Especially when I know (when we all know) Scooter can do extremely well by their own (the first chapter, for example...). And I know their songs will be better if they write it themselves... Now, I can't listen any of their songs without asking what melody is theirs, did they make some other tunes I worship by ripping melodies.... My whole idea of Scooter be the bast band in the world have relied on the fact they make their own melodies and sounds... If that's true, please, someone give me some consolation...

One can only hope they will forget about the money for the next album and focus on the music, if they still have love for it....

Just to give a notice...Scooter is the first band (or better, the first music) I started to listen when I was a young boy... ..that's why I'm so sad right now...

Scooter didnt rip half of Technoboys album They ripped parts from other hardstyle producers, but not all from Technoboy, and not half of his album like he says, that isnt true. And Ti Sento is also a cover by Technoboy, not an own track, so one can't be angry that Scooter decided to cover the same track, Scooter have even the original singer in their track that recorded the vocals again this year especially for Scooter.

Did you really not know that Scooter during their whole career used parts from other tracks in several songs? Not in all ofcourse, but in several songs it was the case. Every fan knows that, so I really don't understand why you are extremely shocked by this right now. OK, in the past they used parts of older tracks, and not recent ones, but the idea is the same.

I don't mind ripping older songs, but I do mind ripping melodies from the same music genre... That's the point of my topic... Of course I know they are ripping through their career and don't mind that...

But I just like to believe that main melodies in songs are from Scooter

I think ripped songs are good, like My Eyes Are Dry or Rock Bottom etc., but originals are much better.

Ripping is something different than covering a song. With a cover the artist is in the credits, with a rip the artist isn't in the credits As far as I know in MEAD the artist was in the credits, so that's a cover, not a rip in that case

My Eyes Are Dry aren't mentioned in the credits at all, so it seems to be a rip off.

The point is: most of use hate the fact Scooter ripps so much, because H.P. and Co. are perfectly capable of making great music by their own... Nobody have anything against a little ripping now and then, but Scooter becomes so lazy and forget everything about what pleasure of creating your own music is really about...

It's always the money and I admire them for that, because they have the way of making so much money by playing with music.... And the final result sounds great.... But that doesn't forbid me (or any other) to be disappointed...

Ok guys.
Is it for the money? Well, then make own songs and you get MORE money!
And you get a bigger fanclub.
Don't be lazy, you need to work for the success 'cause you have time.
