According to trustfull informations from a ticket agent of my hometown the hamburg gig is about to get soled out with 16.000 tickets. At the moment they soled about 14,000 Tickets!!!!!
Remember, last year in Hamburg the hall was soled out with 9000 peoples.
Hamburg seems to be the Mecca of Scooter posses as all concerts within the last years have been soled out.

H1 is a very nice club - I have been there 3 times to see Jay, and loved it
I had heard a rumour that Jay would be playing that night, but seems that was not true

But they for sure will be in some VIP area, so I doubt fans will see them there, so in fact its more an afterparty amongst fans I think . But ofcourse there's always a little chance to spot one of the guys ..... but as you said, probably almost nobody will have energy anymore to go there after the exhausting gig.
