I love the new single, what about you?

Hello,

after listening to many samples and many samples compiled to an entire single preview I am about to fucking love this new single. In my opinion we get one of the best singles since BTC.

The song is very very catchy and kind gives you kind of a happy feeling. The new voice modifications are also great.

So, Yes I love the new single! What about you?

Btw.: What I dislike is that the lyrics are getting more and more from single to single.

I agree the new single is good, very good in fact. It's really better than The Question and the others jumpstyles tracks from the past album i think!
But the "new" voice modification during the break is quite an old FX...5 years ago at least...used by a lot of bands.
I think the new album can be quite better than JAOTW...i rarely put it on my CD player.

Definitely agree. The best single since BTC and LUT. I love it! :D

I love the new single too, but still have to hear the full version, but from what I hear from the samples it will be a great one !! 8)

When I heared the samples for the first time I was very surprised, because I never thought we would get a single with a similar chorus built up like in TSTKE.....the melody is different, but the way it sounds is simmilar.... but it really works very well for this track, and now the people who loved TSTKE get a single that's has some style elements of that track, great :P :P

After hearing Soundnoizers sample mix I love the track even more like before, I can't wait till friday to see the video on VIVA and finally hear the full version of JAH 8)
H.P.'s "The Voice" - "The Myth" > He stands out all above the rest, blonder than the best! :D

I love Dushbag more that the single itself. I think sometimes Scooter singles are a bit too similar... That really doesn't bother me too much 'cause the albums have been very different from each other though. But I've really loved just couple of singles like Nessaja, No fate, How much is the fish? and The age of love. But after all I love them all 'cause they are so great palyed live, in partys etc.

I don't like it too. There is no dynamic in this track. Stupid lyrics ( for children), all melodies are ripped off.

OK, according to a post on YouTube the new single is a mix of:

Planet Funk - Chase The Sun
The Pitcher - I Just Can't Stop
Activator - Lullaby
Mickie Krause - DÜP DÜP

And apparently it is. We all know that Scooter is a cover band so it's not a surprise. But still I'm a bit amazed that they NEVER can come up with something new, something they've created themselves. I think the new single is OK, maybe it will grow on me with time.

But I'm still waiting for a Scooter single that can compete with the amazing "Hello! (Good To Be Back)". I still listen to it basically every day. :D

Has anybody else noticed that the lyrics nearly don't rhyme? In the past you had trible-rhymes in one sentence. Now you have hardly 1 rhyme in 2 sentences!

Loud- what the fuck i am about
Hear what i say- time for delay

man to man- with a jam- you know who i am
when me come me come me rough- i got the stuff
be there- medium rare?

got my plan- dont really give a damn- fight like a man
party in the street, and to the mic

well that's just me putting the rhymes that are in my head down on here without listening to the song.

Any more holes you'd like to pick in the song???

no rhyme?

I like the way it hard
I love the way it loud
noone understands what the fuck I am about

just step into the place and hear what I say
I spit with the lyric, no time for delay
no time for delay

slam rock with the jungle man to man
with the jam
you know who I am

When me come, me come me rough
You know hard above
be there
I drop it medium rare

I've sorta got my plan
Don't really give a damn
on my own mission, I fight like a man

I'm doin' it for myself, the party in the street
chattin' 'pon the rythem, into the MIC

Slam, rock with the jungle, hand to hand,
Coming above, 'cause I've got the jam

When me come, me come me rough,
I've got the stuff
Be there,
A shuffle in the air

seems like enough rhyme to me....

Well I don't know why but I must admit that I don't listen to the track's samples that much and I get tired of it quite easily and quickly... I don't think it'll be a great single in the Scooter history to me.
