That black guy was MC and he's not Darude. That is someone else who looks... I don't remember anymore what. Darude (Ville Virtanen is real name) is behind keyboards and dj machines.

Did you know that Jaakko "JS16" Salovaara is producer of Darude? He's is also producer of Bomfunk Mc's and Mighty 44 and makes music with names JS16 and Dallas Superstars (Heikki Liimatainen is also member in DSS).

Well, yeah, I know that the black man wasn't all alone, but I always thought it was a two man band. I'm glad you could enlighten me. :) Still, they ruined my back so I can never dance professionally! :P (oh well, the price to pay for a good concert)
