I was not trying to scare - just to point out that worldwide deaths from flu are not uncommon, most of those who die are weak and elderly, or already weakened by another illness

Let's look at statistics...

"Spanish Flu" (or "La Grippe Espagnole") - 1918-1919 -- 50 000 000 deaths all over the world
"Asian Flu" 1957-1958 -- 1 million 500 thousands deaths all over the world
"Hong Kong flu" 1968-1969 -- 900 000 deaths all over the world
"Avian Flu" 2003-2004 -- less then 1000 deaths all over the world

And now we have this "Swine Flu". For now it's about 150 deaths as I know...

Exactly the same pattern emerges if you compare the number of deaths from terror attacks in the western world to the number of deaths from all other types of violent crime. Yet it's being hyped harder than any other crime, and lots of energy channelled into combatting it by various governments (while other crimes are left alone).

Totally illogical you'd think...unless ofc there's some hidden agenda with all this effort being put in. Such as corporate profiteering, removing civil liberties, population control etc.

4 schools in my area have been close down for a few days as cases of the swine flu were found in each. 2 of the schools are in my suburb. Am I worried? Not even a little bit. There is a treatment. Is there a treatment for getting hit by a car? No, and there is more of a chance of that happening than getting swine flu. Fark.

As I know for now, two swine flu infected people were found here, in Moscow. They both was back from USA.

Good point. There's far more people killed in the traffic than by the swine flu, so no reason for worrying.

There are probably more people killed from mis-guided golf balls than this crap...not to mention, you know, the normal flu. That flu that kills thousands of people every year. Yah.
