Scooter will not forget their fans - but they cannot produce the same all the time.

Why fucking not?!

But maybe you're right. They should go back to the roots as before. They should return to Hardcore.

Okay, have you ever heard one album from Scooter without like any of the song? I haven't, I like the new "so-called" disco track "Shake that". This sounds like Scooter to me, only disco part is the chorus which is mostly the vocals from the original track. So what? It's still scooter to me, they always experiment.

Honestly, at this point, I think whatever it is they will produce will be good. Even with this "new" style, it still sounds catchy and good.

They aren't going to make something that they aren't sure will do good with the crowd. They are trying new things, and this, unlike "she's the sun" sounds pretty good. And they don't want to lose fans, and even with all of the bitching people do, they still are doing awesome regardless and are true to their roots, they still play most of their old tracks live. So show some damn respect.

Hearing that it won't sound like the previous albums: Does each album sound the same? No, most of them are different from each other.

I am expecting something good, I am not expecting something bad. If "shake that" is one of the tracks on the cd, it should be good. Do you think Scooter will stop making Trance and Happy Hardcore and Euro Dance tracks? I'll bet you not, they just want to be creative, let the guys do their thing.
shoot-outs go out to the following: Hayden, Aurimas, Patty G (good music), Scooter, Dj Metazero, Brink-of-time, Djcaster, DJ gokey, and all fans of Techno and Rock.

I think we should better wait until the single and the album will be release and then judge!
Even I am also not satisfied with Skae That!

Scooter, are you selling yourself to fashion and dance mainstream??
Money is more important for you than your fans' respect?!

No shit m8 . I thought they made that obvious with JJ.
Just go and listen to ATBGO and relax :D

that they try something new ok, but they try it with a new single that should promote the new album, well that doesn't work. Look at lot's of people here, they all fear that the whole new album will be this style. I don't like the song eather, it's not scooter and with this song i know why the call the album Mind the gab, there going down! This a song from the 70s

But hey it's scooter, they like it so they should release it. Someone said 'scooter don't change yourself' Well they like it so they release it, there are totally thereselfs and i respect it! but yeah i don't like the song

dont forget that they are over 1000 of scooter fans so i think we have also a right that singles will be produced that we like not just singles that the band like as a matter of fact they will see it anyway if this song doesnt make the top 20`s ... what about lyrics like .... its nice to be important but its more important to be nice ... i think this opinion of scooter has changed
Do you really think hardcore is death ?? hahaha think again ... Hardcore will never die !!

that's very mean, we still love scooter (well i do) and i will buy the album, don't care what style it is. But they should know that the project is failed with the fans, but maybe with a good (naked :P ) clip and some remixes from other dj's it will be played in clubs (and not in gay clubs  )

Yes, but I agree with you Falcon in that it's still the same old (?) Scooter even if the style changes. So no boycotts!

He he....maybe. You get some controvercy over it at least. However, the Weekend video was almost never played where I was just because of the nudity.

you take lot's of big boobs and asses, you let them shake the whole clip. Then you get a little bit a niggah hip hop clip but they will play it i think...

Could work. I don't think they will change the video now that it's filmed though. Lots of money going to waste.

Fact is, if they change, they cannot remain the same. Otherwise it would be a paradox.

Well, I didn't mean such rough changes that they would make hip hop- music. I just meant another kind of dance music. It doesn't need to change everything. E.g. 'Am fenster' is a bit different song from Scooter and hasn't changed anything for good.
