I have wondered about this too. I haven't had any warnings yet and am hoping not to get any. But once Robka from the Sheffield Jumpers emailed me and when I saw it I thought I might be in some kind of trouble but he just asked if I could put their logo on my page. So I did.

on my myspace is the mix of my favourite tracks. All tracks aren't full lenght - just mixed 79 minutes=35 tracks. About 2 minutes each sample - just for prelistening. It's useless if you want any of these tracks. So if you like some track, you will get full version of it. So it's like a promotion ;-) Some kind of podcast, which now is very popular in myspace DJ pages. And how my myspace post are related with my Scooter site?

About guestbook - it's the same thing as the "forum" page It isn't located at my site (it's hosted by guestbook.ru). And it isn't moderated by me. All users are post anything they want.
Do you look at the russian forums? there are many forums created only for links of mp3 & videos. it's not only russian forums, in every country there are many such forums & they all wrote that "they aren't related with anybody who post illegal content. if you have copyrights, please give us topic & post, then we will delete them" :-)

What about contents of my site - it many times edited. First time with Kai Busse at beginning of 2000s - we have delete mp3-section of the site. And in 2003 I have talk with ex-forum admin Sebastian, when we delete all audio samples & any full videos from my site, except 0,5-1 minute video samples in bad quality, which are allowed for promotion. And we agreed about any copyright issues to prevent any problems. And I since don't see anything wrong with my site, why can't it promote Scooter concert?
And I haven't anythind prohibited at scootertechno.ru. If you want to find something you must look to many other forum members sites decidated to Scooter, which have direct links to mp3, dvd-rips etc right on their sites.
I'm buying all legal Scooter stuff & I don't need to download Scooter singles or albums & don't put them in internet for download on my site.

I don't share any Scooter music at my site many many years. And in 1999-2000 I shared only rare things which was too hard to find that time (Ferris, Celebrate The Nun, The Loop! remixes, etc). But delete all mp3-download section right after Kontor asked me in 2001 about it.

& don't you know, you must asked all artists to put their photo on the site, any lyrics of their songs. In case of picture or sample from TV-show you must asked all participants which are in this video, director, hoster, TV channel, authors of background music & authors who owned copyrights on this TV programm.

If everyone follow these rules, then it was impossible to find any information on Internet about any things.
I must delete all discography section, because I don't ask any labels who released every albums/singles to put scans of them on my site.

I'm really very very glad the DJ Hooligan's site exists. DJ Hooligans site is the best fan site ever in my opinion, it's our treasure when it comes to info about which CD's are released where, what's on them, and how they look. Without them it would be very hard for collectors to know what was released and how it looks. Keep up the good work DJ Hooligan. :wink:
