Either that, or maybe We Like It Loud, could also fit...

but my main argument is WHY? we have the albums and the singles. would it's release simply be there to bolster one's collection???

Not quite. The previous two chapter compilations are absolutely essential to me since I became fan only in 2001 and can't find all older releases.
The third compilation would be of great value for people who became fans in, say 2006 for example.

...Or people who live in a country where Scooter releases have not been made avaliable :D

The UK would be 1 example of this - Scooter have only been really popular here this year, so bringing out older releases here would be great

But you have much older singles on the second CD of the JAOTW album in the UK and PTBFTJ was also very popular in the UK in the past.

The UK PTBFTJ had singles from all the chapters

I think that rather than just singles, it could include tracks from albums that were only released in Germany - some of the best tracks were only on albums. And maybe some unreleased tracks? :D

Now that would be a really cool idea, to show people some great track's from Scooter that they otherwise would not have known because they haven't bought the albums in the past......a sort of super-album with all the best album track's from every album combined to 1 8) 8)

valid points but my argument to that would be that it would really only be the fans who would want this. would the general public in any country apart from Germany want a compilation of a big-ish band of songs that were released up to five years ago.

we are always talking about money here, would it be worth bringing it out when the fans could buy all 4 albums? i think the management would prefer to make their money that way.

I see your point, but some fans and people are maybe not intended to buy every single, for the B-sides.
ANd personally, I rather prefer a disc with all the singles and B-sides, than have every single.
