Other artists streamed concerts for free, it better be top quality if they're charging money for it.

Streaming it for free would make a good promo for the new album, when they'll play some other new stuff besides TOO.

Yep, usually it's only available in 1 country, but since it's wordwide - 5 euros is a good bargain.
