Relation to The KLF or to Scooter. May be Alex right now make remix for Scooter or KLF, or create cover? no,KLF was firstInteresting, thanks. I think it has something to do with Scooter. It's after all Scooter/HP who made that phrase (I think). And many who don't know that Scooter is referring to KLF think HP is referring to Scooter. I think it's about a mix for Scooter!

H.P made the lyric up himself but it is a reference to the KLF.
