Olympics?

Anyone here gonna be watching it. It is mdream to be in it one day, not as an athlete but as a referee in the football. I can still get the 5 rings tatoo then

I'll be cheering on our wonderboy Tom Daley in the diving- I think he's our only chance of a medal in the pool this year.

We have no 100m sprinters so that'll be a laugh. Gonna be an interesting year i reckon...

Jep, I'll be watching some of the Olympic competitions, especially the Taekwondo fights. I myself practise Taekwondo for more than 10 years now and last year I had the luck to meet one of the German participants (Levent Tuncat).

One of our canoe contestants, György Kolonics has died suddenly about two weeks ago, and it caused many other athletes got shocked... I don't know what to expect from our people :( We were always so good in the Olympics. I still hope for at least 4 or 5 golds.

And by just looking around in the organization procedure, this whole Olympics is a shame. China didn't deserve it to be an organizer.

I'll watch it and root for ukrainian and russian sportsmen 8)
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

i think spain could reach 8 golds and 20 medals, but let´s see what will happen, we are very strong in sports on last months, so...the medal i hope so much, as i was a semi-proffesional cycling rider, it´s the gold for Alejandro Valverde in cycling.

I hope doping won´t disturb the games...

More likely our athletes will get kicked out because of doping...
 This is a signature.

Well, don't know... Finnish athletes aren't very touhg so I think they use less doping that many others. (Cross-country skiing is another subject tough... )

I watch the olympics too.

Trackattacker, I saw today a British girl winning gold with swimming :), 800 M freestyle was it ?

Phelps is really good, 7 golds already

Just saw the 100 M running, that Jamaican guy was very fast.

Tomorrow/next night I hope we win gold with the 50 M freestyle swimming with Marleen Veldhuis :)

When we were at vacation, we watched the semi finals (I think it was) of archery, that's one of the few things in the olympic games I enjoy to watch :D

And I heard today that Norway have got gold in rowing, or what the hell it's named, this boat thing, and silver in clay pidgeon shooting. :D

So until now, Norway have 1 gold and 1 silver in the olympic games :D

I don't like the Olympics. They are on here nearly 24/7. I've had enough already.

Denmark will hopefully kick some a*ss in handball... And some rowing, I hope.

btw I love what the Norwegian guy said after having won gold in rowing (I think it was):

"I'm gonna get very drunk!" (the Danish commentators described this as a typical Scandinavian thing, I dunno about that  )
